On June 8th we gave ************************* $500 deposit to trim the front tree, remove limbs hanging over our property from our neighbors tree and cut all limbs and clean out the tree on the rear of our property including all clean up and removal of debris with the the balance of $1800 due at completion, for a total of $2300. Work was to commence on June 10th. We called ***** the evening of the 8th and explained our budget was tighter than we thought and asked if he could do everything with the exclusion of cutting off the limbs from the tree in the rear of our property and just remove the **** and clean it up for a total of $800. He agreed and assured us hed be there Monday. He got in contact with my husband Monday telling him he was on his way and never showed. Again Tuesday no show. I emailed him and asked for a refund or services to be performed. He asked that I call him. During our call ***** refused to refund us stating he already budgeted the money and wanted to raise the price. He was to call us back after speaking with his brother and we have not heard from him since. At this point we are asking for a full refund of the $500 deposit since no work has commenced.Initial Complaint

This business operates with their son ************************* under 10 Star trees & landscaping, JSTL Property Services, Woodhams Property Services all family businesses. *************************, wife *****************************, ************************* and *************************. ***** trimmed a few limbs from 2 of my trees, we agreed I would move them. He offered me $150 to buy my ladder, which he needed to use to do my job and I told him it wasnt for sale, I needed it. He left with my ladder and will not bring it back. He represents his whole family of thieves and scammers. Im demanding they return my ladder. The picture attached is clear.
