We went to UpsurgeGrafx in April for some business cards & some shirts, which he said would be done by May 25th. Every week it was something like the printer broke, then something happened with the phone. Shop was always closed every time I went by. I finally caught them in the shop he agreed to a refund because it was taking so long but he claim he had to look over the paper work & didnt have the $ on him for a refund. I called next day about the refund he said he would call back within 5 mins. I never heard from him again so I decided to go by the ************ they done closed the shop down & didnt leave a fwd address or a decent #. They dont even have a real phone, its a TEXTNOW #. I sent numerous messages & a email, I wrote on ******** , 2 under a post & 1 in a private msg, asking for my ************* blocked me. I wrote in the private msg first thinking they would respond but once I started asking on the post for a refund they blocked me. I will be seeking legal action if I do not receive a refund, this type of stuff is covered under my job and I dont mind using it because it seem like they do this type of stuff often. I just really want the refund thats owed & we can be done with itInitial Complaint

We paid $1570 We asked for a refund then they sent art work saying there's no refund I didn't like artwork I didn't approve art work they didn't use the spiderman nor the calitan America we told them.to useBusiness response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/04) */ ***Document Attached*** After 2 months of calling & texting Where's my artwork for my wrap on my truck the day I asked for a refund they immediately that same day at 1am. Send me a proof I asked for a refund they send me a sloppy ugly artwork for example why does captain america look like flash & why is spiderman holding captain America's shield. So the proof says no refunds after we send u proof but I asked for a refund before proof was sent their shady unprofessional and unreliable they took our $1570 dollars and haven't done nothing and after 9 weeks are denying my refundInitial Complaint

On August 25 I paid this company $280 to make my car club flag. 4 months later I still haven't received it and ask for my money back and now I have been blocked and can not get ahold of the company.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/10) */ The client is a long time customer and did place an order with our company. The order has been completed. He was advised that is was. Due to corona virus we do not take walk-ins because of our shop size. Our graphic designer informed him that the flag was ready and he showed up unannounced with a friend. The flag was in our company car in which our graphic designer was picking up material and the flag was not at the shop at the moment. This client after being informed, went on social media (Facebook and other places) and began defaming the business name and bashing our graphic designer by writing to his friends saying for everyone to go on our site and place low rating to destroy our business. As he was doing this he was also promoting his new friend that also does flags. We have ZERO tolerance for harassment esp. unnecessary harassment. As for being blocked, he was blocked on Facebook on a personal account, not our business due to harassment. Our phone line works and so does our emails. Our policy stands for Zero Tolerance. Any disrespect or verbal threat or any violence will NOT BE TOLERATED and we can terminate the order with No Refund. In addition, once any designs or project is started or approved in any way; there are No Refunds. Refunds are only made if the design or project was Never started. The client received his art layouts and was approved and the job was completed. Attached is just a few of the things said. Yes I agreed to the art but it still shouldn't have taken 4months to Receive items. There bad business and I'm not the only one that they have stole money from. Hint that they had to change business names to hide there reputation. All I'm asking is for my mo ey back, and I'll move on my way Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/01/12) */ There will be no refund due to the job being completed Inasmuch, the business name has been the same, I do not know what this client is referring to. Consumer Response /* (3000, 19, 2022/02/28) */ No I have not No money or my flag, this business just keeps lying and it's getting me know where, I know so many people that this company screwed over that you wouldn't believe Business Response /* (4000, 25, 2022/03/25) */ This response was taken verbally by the BBB We held the flag for three weeks and the customer was review bombing us, for three weeks we would have offered a refund but he was harassing us and so we decided to part ways, we no longer have the flag.
