I took two cars into Premiere ********* with incredibly disappointing results. The first vehicle was a 2010 ***** CX-7 SV. Included in the $2,004 of repairs was an oil and filter change plus checking all fluids. When the shop finished their work I picked up the car and drove home 10 miles. **** in the driveway, the car was making a loud noise so I lifted the hood to smoke billowing from under the hood. I immediately checked the oil and discovered the oil had been drained and never replaced. In addition, I checked the coolant and discovered the coolant had been drained and also never replaced. Whether this has affected the life of the vehicle is unknown.So, we decided to give them another chance and took a second car to them which was a 2017 Jeep Compass Sport. Included in $2,862.70 worth of agreed upon repairs was the removal of all four wheels to inspect the brakes. **** the repairs were finished, the car was picked up, I drove it for a few days and on my way home from work where I traveled most of the distance at 55 and 70 MPH, stopped at the grocery store near my home, and luckily proceeded going ********************************************* the midst of traveling over the speed bump, something happened to the right front wheel so I stopped immediately. **** out of the car I see the wheel is hanging off the vehicle where I discovered that the bolt holding the ball joint in place had never been reinstalled. Had this occurred at 55 or 70 MPH, I might not be writing this review. I strongly advise consumers to think twice before ever doing business with Premiere Auto Body whose primary skill appears to be incompetence and negligence.

I've had Premier Auto do a lot of work on my 2008 Lexus RX350 for me recently and they always do a great job. I definitely recommend them. Very friendly and they get the job done when promised.
