      Let me start by saying this!!!! Great service, honest and very reasonable. All of the team there seems to be compassionate about helping during this time of COVID. I have had my car serviced twice there and the owner/operator has always kept me in the know. Its hard to see other individuals get so upset when things are our of everyone's control. Vendors and manufactures have had a hard hit since COVID and a small business such as Whole 9 Yards have still been nothing but fair. They don't get enough credit for a 4 man team. People need to stop being so self entitled when not knowing how it works behind scenes. This isn't your 30 minute garage show you watch at home with 50 guys behind the scenes. These men work long hard days in the sun and still have family to take care of. I appreciate them and everything they do and will continue to do business there as long as they are around. Our community needs to do better. Thank you Whole 9 Yards for your service.

      I Contracted Whole 9 Yards Automotive, LLC; to make some upgrades to my GMC Truck October of 2021. I was told 2 weeks; This was during Covid 19, delays in shipping and manufacturing was understandable.
      As a responsible owner, I would check in for status updates. I would give him the benefit-of-the-doubt each time. However, as each week, month passed; I would become more engaged with each step of progress or lack-there-of. I was consistently met with excuses. Each time; Eric was verbally hostile.
      If I had concerns or questions about any part of the process, Eric would become frustrated and thus more aggressive.
      On one occasion, I had a concern about a scuff mark; at the time Eric was not on location,.. However, he was immediately notified to the tune that he recklessly entered the premises with his truck, lunged out and charged with what can only be described as ready to "throw down."
      I always would strive to maintain a calm and professional level of communication as to not aggravate any further. This did not make much difference. Eric than falsely accused me of cursing out his staff.
      I did finally get my truck back 6 months after the start or 3 months after my truck finally went in to get worked on.
      There were still a few concern that needed to be delt with. Eric Stated that those concerns would be worked on when the remaining part arrived.
      I of course would periodically check in via phone or in person; once or twice a month. One time I waited a month.
      The last time I went in, Eric went off again about how no one else is bothering him about their stuff.. At this point Eric told me he was just going to give me a refund and will no longer do business with me. Eric stated "when the part comes in, he would smash it!" Eric again falsely accused me of cursing out his staff. Eric Stopped the refund, than stated "I will pay the restock fee." Eric chose to end any further business thus terminating our contract. I had better get my full refund now! 27 May 2022

      Took my classic truck to whole 9 yd they disassembled it tried to paint it and it came out worse than when it came in there was a bunch of parts missing bunch of parts missing bunch of parts not returned bunch of parts that I purchase that were never even installed overcharged is overcharge me for a set of wheels overcharged me for suspension work that did not get done overcharged me for a seat overlay is overlay broke my brand new - just a 1/2 is half crap job if I knew then what I know now I would have never taken my vehicle to the echo to hold 9 yd. Not to mention he had it for almost 3 years
