Had them come clean my home on numerous occasions. Jackie is very thorough and professional. I always ask for Jackie when booking an appointment. Almost time for the Holiday cleaning. Perfect for occasional cleaning or setting a regular schedule, I've done both. Will also be setting up tile cleaning and carpet cleaning this year before the Holidays.

This would be zero stars if ****** had that option. Very disappointed in my experience with this company. I called in late November to book a tile cleaning appt and was told earliest dates were about 3 weeks out. Awesome, booked the date and ensured I would be off of work. Was called 3 days (Tuesday) before my appt and told we would need to reschedule. After confirming with my job that I would be able to alter my schedule with a short notice, I called back Thursday evening to confirm the reschedule. "Dee" answered the phone and promptly told me that there was no notes on my file and that I essentially would have to wait after the new year and to call the next day for Wendy. As the conversation was nearing the end I was asking Dee for her name for documentation purposes, she hung up on me. I called back seeing if it was a mistake, she wouldn't answer, but her voicemail had her name so I was able to obtain it. I called the following day (Friday) for Wendy and got no answer so I left a voicemail. I still haven't heard back from this company whatsoever about my appointment. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I would enjoy the owner to give me a call so I can share my experience with them directly. I found a competitor who upsold me and was able to show up to my house in 72 hours and complete my entire house before company coming for the holidays. Look elsewhere!
