Absolutely the worst experience weve had dealing with trying to sell our home out of the eight months in multiple different people weve done business with to try to get this deal done they do not communicate ****** nor his partner *** one says one thing the other says another and none of them are on the same page they locked our property up and when we told them we were gonna be hit with capital gains they told us that they were going to file a paper with the clerk of courts to ensure that they got their commission if we decided to sell it to anybody else besides them even if it was two years later and we decided hey you know were past that tax bracket and maybe we found somebody else who is interested they didnt care they also do shady business they tell you that they have deals when they dont have deals where they have a buyer when they dont have buyers or tell you they have multiple buyers when they really only have one and theyre doing anything possible to get the deal done and still make their money with no concern of your money whatsoever they are closing and title agent 321 closing is also a backpedal her she will tell you one thing and then turn around and say another as if she didnt say something I would highly advise anyone wanting to do business with this company please look the other way or youre gonna be drug through the mudReview from Ernest M.

After signing the paperwork it was a pain to get any type of updates. The first person I spoke to suddenly stopped responding and the second person told me that I was to work with them, no one else. Suddenly a realtor started calling me randomly and not telling me who they worked for while asking odd questions, sounded scammy. Then found out they work for them as a partner. Every time their partners came to the house they made smart comments, and then said the house is worth what I was asking, but Real Property Solvers said they couldn't make an offer. Everything the partners said was recorded by security camera before they try to say it didn't happen, and I kept records of my limited communication from them. Nearly a month of my time wasted with lack of communication and unprofessionalism from their partners.

We have many text messages and calls to the seller giving him updates. On our contract we explore all options to maximize returns and it's very clear. We use partners, realtors and potential partners when evaluating properties we have the interest in purchasing. If comments were made from our partners we can't control that, but the property was in really bad shape, we also have 20 business days for our due diligence so yes it was almost a month but it's part of the process. Unfortuanately we couldn't move forward due to the price, feedback and condition.Customer Response

In regards to the 20 days comment: initial contract was signed on 2/28/23, contract termination was on 3/31/23. I did not realize they were allotted 20 days, therefore there is public admittance of violation of contract. On regards to communication I sent sms on 3/17/23, 3/27/23, and made a call on 3/21/23 all of which were never responded to from one individual. On 3/27/23 another individual made me aware that I no longer was working with them, and agreed a courtesy response should have been in order. The only time I was reached out to without having to reach out first (after signing the contract) was 3/29/23 at 10:52 AM CST.Review from Edgar O

Real Property Solvers (RPS) seems to be a business formed by several professionals.
My experience with RPS has been easy, and smooth from start to finish.
RPS communications are seamless, and timely, such that everyone involved is informed of the various aspects of the procedures involved.

I responded to their cold text with "make an offer" they called and asked very reasonable questions and made a reasonable offer. They closed when i wanted and rented back until i could move.
