11-19-2021 - 11-26-2021 Attempting to retrieve our $200 deposit. Townhouse 101 We booked this on May 2021 for the above dates and when we arrived late on 11/19 we walked into a disgusting townhouse. The bedding hadn't been changed from the previous customer and there was hairs in one bed and stains and dried food on the other. The blinds fell off of the wall when trying to open them, there were dirty dishes still in the dishwasher and the refrigerator was dirty and had no handle. The chairs at the kitchen table were falling apart as well as the lights not working correctly in certain rooms. We received our money back minus the deposit and would like to receive that back as well.Business response

While we sympathize with Mrs. *******'s desire to get all of her money back, our deposit and cancellation policies are in place to provide us with some assurance that renters will honor their commitment to patronize our business. It would be unfair to make an exception for Mrs. ******* and not other guests.
