The job was done in 11/2021. We started contacting them in 5/2022 to come repair the issues. Theres spots where the coating has become thin & worn through. Theres some bubbles on the pool wall & one bubble on the deck. Also, the person who came out here said the plug on the pool floor wasnt the right one & he was going to change it but he never did. He said it should be OK but now the caulk around the plug is coming off. My husband called ******* 5/2/2022. He never did anything. I got involved 3/29/2023. I texted the company & ended up dealing with *******, ********* wife. She was going to show *******. On 4/11/2023, I followed up. She was going to resend to *******. On 4/25/2023, I followed up. ******* said that ******* needed to come look at it. They were out of town & would get back to me. On 5/2/2023, ******* texted to let me know that they haven't forgotten us. On 5/27/2023, I followed up. ******* said that they were waiting to get caught up. On 6/16/2023, I followed up. On 7/5/2023, I followed up again & was told "Your pool is functioning and working. We are slammed and short headed (sic). I have you on the board and as soon as ************** look at it." On 10/2/2023, I followed up. ******* was in the area & stopped by to take a look at the issues. On 12/5/2023, I followed up. On 1/18/24, ******* texted to say that they haven't gotten close to us & will let us know when they would be down this way. I replied to let her know that we were going on over a year of communicating with nothing done & the summer was coming again. This is when she told me that the pool resource had a one-year ************** said that she believed that the issue came up after it was already up. She told me that they were running on one crew & that she was trying to get everything taken care of. I reminded her that my husband spoke with ******* back in May 2022 & nothing was ever done. This is going on way too long & our pool needs to be repaired before this summer.
