I took my car to this shop around Mid December 2021 for fixtures due to a car accident, where my airbags deployed. On March 30th, I got a call that my vehicle was ready, after 3 months in the shop. I sent my husband and his friend whom both are mechanically incline to test drive the car. The car was not ok, there were a few issues they noticed and communicated it to the shop. The car was left there for a few more days. We get a call like 3 days after, "your vehicle is ready for pick up " Again, both my husband and his friend test drove the car. Still had issues, which were communicated to the shop. They stayed with the car. I get a call back from the owner with a change in his tone of voice, kind of bothered, " your vehicle is ready, come and pick up the vehicle" I called back and I asked **************, the owner; " Did you test drove the car? he replied " of course " I said, cool, I will pass by again tomorrow with my mechanic. I get there, we get in the car, we reached one block and immediately a very loud noise started sounding. Right away, the owner's son called **************, he said " Dad, this car is making an awful really loud noise " Again, ended up taking it back for the 3rd time. To sum it up, they called about six different times stating the car was ready and it was very apparent even to a not mechanically incline person that it wasn't. The last stroll was to take it to ********** where they were able to fix it and I pick up the car from them. This shop got paid from ****************** and never finish fixing my car. A month later I tried to open my sun roof and it does not open. I took it to **** they informed me that the sunroof was damage while the airbags where being fixed by this shop. I called the ************** asking to cover the damages they had caused. He basically said to contact Allstate and get the money from them. I paid $845.30 for damages caused by this shop. He is deceiving and a thief, should not be in business. NEED REFUND !Business response

n response to this complaint filed by *************** ,we did all repairs as per Insurance estimate every single nut & bolt was properly installed .The time it took was due to KIA *********** not having the parts to proceed in a timely manner so we had to keep this car until little by little all parts arrived,when the customers came to pick up their vehicle they noticed a noise coming from the front after further inspection the front hub & bearing was replaced.We had a professional electronic reprogram company scope this vehicle & found that they had installed the incorrect tire on the right front causing noise.We informed her & her attorney that we could not continue with the problem solving unless the tire was replaced,which they agreed that we can replace it at their cost,afterwards the vehicle was now making a different noise we informed that the car would have to go to the KIA ****** for further analysis.They found that the noise was caused by something not related to the accident and they covered it under guarantee at no cost to anybody,after that we asked to please pay for the tire that they authorized to replace of course that wasn't going to happen her husband called basically saying that they weren't going to pay for anything afterall that they had been thru.I informed them that although they owed it we we going to absorb that cost and that was that.a couple of months later I get a email from *************** that her sunroof wasn't working and she chose to take it to the ****** ,they inform her that there was some wire issues that caused the problem. Although we replaced the head airbags at no time did we have to touch anything on their sunroof also never was given the courtesyfor us to help them find what was wrong,mostly because of the fact they refused to pay for the tire that they authorized to replace at their expense.We still stand behind our Lifetime guarantee on all our repairs that's why after ******************************** business .Thank you for your attention.***********************A Auto Tech Inc
