      I took 2 pair of pants to Valrico store for alterations. Seamstress finished one pair and I picked up. And paid ***** took them home to try on They didnt taper legs or shortened crotch so took them back next day. Seamstress called me and after we talked I felt she didnt have the experience to do the job asked to return both pair and refund $*****. Still waiting on refund I talked to a Ms ******* several times. She was rude and said she wasnt sure why it wasnt refunding and promised a call back after she figured it out. Never happened. Im still calling and all I get is an answering message,

      ************************* visited our ******* location to see our seamstress on 04/24/2024. She came in on a day she was not in.  I did the fitting.  Although I am not a seamstress I am experienced with fittings.  Our turnaround for alterations is 7 to 10 business days.  Because of the alterations requested, our seamstress did not want to do both pairs of pants the same time.  We advised her we were sending the one pair back to the local store so she may try on and let us know if there was additional work to be completed.  Unfortunately she was not happy with the 1st pair and although the seamstress tried to explain to her that the alteration she requested are not completed the way she wanted. The rise on the pants would need to be shortened in order to take in the crotch.  Customer declined coming back in for another fitting. The seamstress only works out of our Valrico location the customer local store is in *************  As she declined coming in for another fitting, citing distance the seamstress offered to meet her at the ************ location.  She declined this as well.  We did agree to issuing a store credit for the initial work done of $48.38.  That was applied to her store account on 05/28/24  On 06/10/24 she reached out to us again advising the store credit was not acceptable.  Unfortunately with security upgrades to our card processor and the time that had passed. We were unable to reverse the transaction.  Numerous messages were left for ****** to have her provide a mailing address that have all been unreturned.

      We dropped off three coats to be cleaned at their ******* Road location 11/02/2023. The coats were supposed to be ready within several days. My wife went to the scheduled pickup, but two of the coats weren't ready. They told us to check back later, during the weekend, which we did. On our second visit the front desk employee still had no idea why the coats weren't ready, and she requested we called the customer service manager on Monday. I called as requested and was greeted by the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. The "service" manager, *******, told me they couldn't clean one coat without charging me extra and they had destroyed the other coat with adhesive. She asked for more time to remove the adhesive. I responded that becuase they are already more than a week behind schedule, I would be taking the uncleaned coat elsewhere and would be expecting a cash reimbursement to replace the ruined coat. She literally shouted at me, lied about having contacted me sooner (I checked my call records while we were one the phone), and then insisted their company policy is to provide store credit for damaged items. She refused to give me the owner's contact information and then hung up the phone.

      Sent a beautiful Sezane silk dress to Sage cleaners in June. Came back ruined as they placed the identification tag on the bottom of the silk and it had torn through. Contacted ************************ who is supposed to be the customer service lead but has no customer service skills. She had the dress picked up to repair it. Dress came back in same condition - still damaged. Contacted ******* at Sage again. She had the dress picked up again. Weeks went by with no info. Dress was dropped off in the same condition. I asked them to provide me with money for a replacement. They refused, saying they would credit my account instead. I explained that I have no impetus to use a company again that obviously doesnt respect my items. Refused reimbursement again. Contacted the company owner. He said their policy is no replacement funds but hed be willing to discuss a fair offer. I found a replacement dress on ******** and sent him the screenshot and link. The dress was $120, originally I paid $300. I asked him to pay for the replacement - which was the current market value he said he was open to discussing - and received no response. *ollowed up again and still no response. Horrible business practices, doesnt care about their customers, and are also false advertising by saying they are the ***** areas top dry cleaner. Considering the * BBB rating, their claim is definitely false.

      We gave the dress back and still issued store credit, she was not charged:

      - $15.58 was cost of cleaning

      - $155.80 was reimbursement for dress

      - $171.38 was final amount offered as store credit, she wanted retail value as cash.

      We went back and forth but she still wanted the store credit as cash.

      Our *** store credit is 10x cost of cleaning. We factor in age of the clothing, and support of value or comparable price of how much they paid.

      When we asked for support of the value of the dress it was actually $185 per the link sent to us.

      The final offer is $171.38 store credit per policies.

      Dropped off a custom made sweatshirt back in May (due back 5-11-23). Came back with a new stain. Woman that received the item saw the stain and knew it was not on the sweatshirt when I dropped it off and sent it back, Sweatshirt came back and stain was still on it. Sent it back again. Came back again and was still there. Called to ask to speak to customer service and ended up speaking the the complaint manager, *******, Asked her to look into it, Said she would. Called a few days later to follow up and was questioned by ******* why I was calling to follow up. Got mad because I told her I was not happy and she became irate and then hung up on me. Called to speak to owner and was told he was not easy to speak to and was on vacation. Requested item brought back and was told they are still working on it. Have called multiple times and then said that I would like the sweatshirt replaced. Said I would seek small claims court to ******* and again, screams and yells and hangs up. Requested the shirt again and was told still working on it. Would have it back to me. A month has passed and i still do not have the swearshirt back, Was told there was a death in the company, and that the owner is on vacation and every every reason why I cannot get my shirt back and why I cannot speak to the owner, ********************, screams and hangs up and is the most unprofessional person this company could have, Had told me numerous times the sweatshirt has been resolved and it has not, so she has also lied to me. Went to store today 6-6-23 and requested it back. The attendant called ******* and was put on speaker phone. ******* yelled and was rude once again and said that they would have it back and that they would not ever want me back. The two female employees heard all she was saying when she was yelling at me. I told them they had 1 hour to return the sweatshirt and that I would be contacting BBB

      I took a white dress to be cleaned at Sage cleaners on 12/30/22. After picking up my dress a couple days later I noticed it was gray looking, so I returned the dress to the cleaners. They have had my dress every since then. I get emails saying my dress is ready, but when I get to the cleaners they can't find my dress. This has happened several times. I have spoken with ********************************* who is suppose to be the claims manager who can be very rude. She keep saying she had email the owner ***** ***** and he would give me a call. This have been going on for months now. I have started to record my conversations with ******* so I can have proof of all the times I have call. I really don't believe they have any intention if returning or paying me for my dress. They have done something similar to my sister and friend. They have now lost 3 customers but I don't think they really care. DON'T TRUST SAGE CLEANERS. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I would like my dress back or for them to pay me for my dress.       I dropped a cardigan off at Safe Cleaners Fishhawk location for dry cleaning on 12/26/22. When I went to wear it and removed it from the plastic, I realized it was damaged. I dropped it back off to the same location on 1/26/2023 and requested a repair or replacement of the item. The representative gave a receipt and said I would receive a call within a week. I never received a call so I called her back. She then gave me the direct number to *******, who handles these damage complaints. I spoke to ******* who said she would have an answer for me within a few days. A week passed and I never heard back. Since, I have called and left several message for ******* with no response. Additionally, I have called the Fishhawk location several times a month for the past 3 months and spoke with the representative again who said she does not understand why the owner will not call me back. I have also message them on ******** and explained everything AGAIN and they simply stopped responding. Shockingly, I found out that customers in my neighbor have experienced a similar issue with items being lost and never getting a response. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Please help me get this resolved.

      I Dropped off 3 sweaters 2 cashmere 1 merino, worth around $400.00 at Sage Cleaners off ************* in *********, **.I Picked them up on Feb 8th. Several days later, I was packing them for a 2 week trip and all were shrunken so that they can no longer be worn. I called the cleaners and they said I had 72 hours from pickup to return or complain. Well I was leaving the next day for my trip, now I am out 3 nice sweaters.I would like them to be replaced or reimbursed.Regards, ***********************
