WARNING ?? WARNING ??Before signing up to work out with personal training read this first. My 16 years old son and I recently move to the area, he love to workout we ****** the closest Gym to us we find this one. I walked in singing a membership while I was signing the membership at the table gentleman name **** walked over introducing himself telling me his one of the managers. I ask the young man to sign me up for a session with, the young and him said it will be $10.00. Next day I show I receive a call from the manager **** saying I see you on sat morning. I come in he explains to me we normally sit with you to ask you for your goal because we want everyone to attend this gym to have a goal and help them reach, they goal. We walked over a few machines he spends 30m showing me a few things, then we went to a computer telling me to sign up here I explain to him I did not need a personal trainer, when I get home, I sit and read those things he made me sign which stated I sign to work out with a personal trainer. I immediately email him to say please cancel this I didnt want a personal trainer again. I SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP ON AUG 19th 2023, I never have any session with him or ever workout with ****. On September 1st my account was charge $362. also, on September 15th 2023 another charge for $162.00 When I call every single person that answer the phone is a manager and none of them Can do anything for you. Theres no manager thats over any of them I will not advice any one to SIGN UP anything at this GYM. I have to went there and raise **** with **** still he tries to be lied ?? in my face telling me I didnt agree to workout with him. Avoid signing up for a personal trainer at all cost. I have a video to post online about my interaction with them. I believe the Co-owner name is ************************* and his son is one of the manager *************************** Those people have to be ASHAME OF THEMSELVE. . ***************************, do something I need my money

The management at Crunch are basically professionals at defrauding consumers and blatantly giving misinformation to scam consumers out of more money. I have an unresolved issue with Crunch refusing to cancel my membership when I was physically unable to come into a location and then charging additional fees, without notification. Crunch management refuses to refund my money for the unauthorized charges and the management is purposely avoiding my calls. Its unprofessional, and they should not be in business operating an unethically as they do.

They have extremely fraudulent practices. I never saw the contract I was pressured into signing, after the Groupon deal was thrown to the wayside. I became physically disabled and could not continue to work out; they made me get out of bed, get into a car and sign a form to stop charging me outrageous gym and personal training fees. It almost made me lose my housing because I could not work while paying over $500 a month. Now they are saying they are going to turn me over to collections. This is predatory contracting.

Unprofessional, rude management, calling members racist, lying to members, accusing them, and frightening them to cancel their membership! **** is just unbelievably rude when dealing with members. However, the Upper manager is not training and motivating new managers to respect existing members' royalty and business. Showing respect to the members and appreciating their business is unknown in Crunch Bloomingdale. Zumba and spinning classes are the best around here, with great instructors.

Predatory business. I was forced to come into the gym in person to cancel. They informed me I needed to pay an annual fee and 3 months of usage to cancel, I said fine just stop my membership. Had a document signed by them saying I didnt owe anything else. The next month I got charged again. I called and the manager refused refund me or even provide me in writing that this wouldnt happen again.
