Heather A., a representative from Century 21, failed to follow Florida statute 83.49. We had entered into a lease agreement with century 21 for **** ******* **** ***** in Lakeland FL. We had made arrangements and turned in the keys to Heather and notified that we were no longer occupying the residence on June 24 2022. On July 25,2022 heather sends a letter making a bogus claim on the deposit. However, per statute, she had 30 days from receiving the keys and ys vacating the property. We request a payment in full to correct her false and grossly negligent actions. We attempted to resolve this matter with her directly, however she refuses thi speak to anyone by phone and made it clear she didn't want to resolve the issue.Business response
