            We filed for a permit to replace our roof in April 2022. We hired this company and it took him four months to replace the roof. After the roof was replaced he stopped responding to us after I paid him most of his money. I did not pay him all of it. He left all the shingles on the ground and never had them picked up so we had to do that ourselves and pay to have them removed. He stopped responding to all text messages and calls and never closed out our permit or did the final inspection. And now our permit is expired

            It took 4 months to complete our roof. Then the company never picked up the 4 layers of shingles that layed in front of our house. We had to goto the dump in 3 trips to remove the shingles before a hurricane was projected to hit. The owner will not respond to any text messages and has not yet filed any paperwork to have to final inspection completed. The permit was opened almost 6 months ago.
