My son had a therapist from this company for almost a year and one day randomly she decided to just stop showing up with no reply. She completely ghosted us randomly. Her name is ****** ****** We were so confused as to why a therapist will just ignore us and not show up to his appointments. I let the company she works under know what’s going on and the lady rushes me off the phone tells me she’s going to contact ms Alexis and see what’s going on then get back to me same day by lunch time. That was on a Tuesday and I never got a call back, update or anything for a few days. I decide to call Friday myself since no one has reached back out to me to basically have my son discharged bc at this point I feel like no one wants to deal with my kiddo. The lady who answers the phone is the same lady I previously spoke too, she mentions that she just re assigned him with a new therapist.. I replied how was I supposed to know that? you didn’t call me back like you said you were with an update on what’s going on with his therapist ! I never once said oh we just want a new therapist she’s not working out. Then she says I requested for a new therapist and she didn’t bother asking ms Alexis what’s going on. I was so frustrated bc I just wanted to know what’s going on why she’s not showing up to his appointments anymore randomly. She has been his therapist almost a year her notes/encounters etc are all important to me but this company just looks at patients like numbers and just went to throw me a new therapist to start from square 1 with and it was absolutely heartbreaking to just witness this unprofessionalism from the therapist and the company themselves. I don’t recommend this company if your looking for a therapist you can build a relationship with for your kiddo. Also update my son is still completely NON VERBAL.
