Be very wary of After viewing high rated reviews, we contracted Design & Remodeling Solutions (DRS) in Dec 2020 to accomplish a $110,000+ kitchen remodel. After 10 months, the remodel was less than satisfactory, riddled with problems, miss measurements, poor installation, and very poor communications. The project left many unresolved issues which DRS would not respond or fix. DRS did not complete contract. They talked a good game in the beginning but provided poor quality installation services & little attention to contract specifications. Be very wary of this company regardless of high ratings. I would NOT recommend this company.

Here is my side of the story,

Mr. ****** I am sorry if you feel this way, my company has performed to its best ability on your project. I take each project very serious and personal. Our communication has always been open, honest and timely.

Your third-party kitchen designer who is not mentioned made it very difficult to perform to our level, DRS is a turn key kitchen bathroom remodeler. We design, furnish and install kitchens and bathrooms of all sizes and price points. Your kitchen remodel was done different than our norm by you hiring a third party designer. Your hired third-party kitchen designer was the one who designed/drew and built the cabinet order out, not DRS, DRS furnished and installed it the way she had ordered/designed and drew it. The cabinet order was not or fault for miss calculations, or time lines that were disrupted from this and other outside issues, like COVID.
We worked around your schedule to do the project for the most part. We communicated each day that we were on the job explaining what the next day looked like. You added a significate amount of new work to the scope and we accommodated that as well.
In closing, the cabinet drawings/order that we worked from were not accurate, therefore it made for a lot of confusion and re-work. The cabinetry came in three orders as explained and laid out by your designer. I have not received a phone call from you explaining your discontent. I am more than willing to try and resolve any issues you may have.

You came to our home, verified the measurements and the CAD drawings. So now it's the designers fault that DRS can't get the countertops straight, or the dishwasher installed correctly, or the under cabinets panels installed correctly. Or the center island installed wider than specified. Worked around my schedule when we where home everyday. Communications - are you joking! I provided photographs of the problems to you via email and no response. You had come to our home with the designer, verified the problems , documented the problems but did not fix them. You are fast to ask for payment but when I responded to you with the problems with photos we heard nothing.

Mr. ******, As I said in my last comment, I am sorry you feel this way. But, you had a big part in the outcome, don't you remember that you were in complete control the whole time, to the point I had to ask you nicely to back off?? you were your own GC, each professional tradesmen/vendor that worked there complained how you would constantly interfere in there work, you knew more than them, to the extent that most of them did not want to return. With that said I am wondering why you hired us?

Not going to get into here say ! Blame everyone else, take no responsibility. Your comments speaks volumes for how to treat customers. Bottom line, we had a contract with specific measurements. The installed product did not meet the specs.

Mr. ******, I am more than willing to do any corrective work you claim that needs to be done however in your previous correspondences you didn't want me to return. Please explain what you would like me to do at this point. Regards, Ron
