I had someone gain access to my account from another state. Whomever this person is, was able to get into my account and update the ship to address. They placed an order, and I received a notification that my order was placed at 3:06 AM. The person who did this, lives in a completely different state than I do, and I do not know anyone who lives in that state. The person that did this used a credit card that I do not own, so at least they did not steal my money but the fact that they were allowed access to my account does not say much for the privacy and security of your account if you are involved with BeachBody/BODi. I contacted **** as soon as they opened to report the issue. I was asked to change my password and them was given a link to request that my account be closed. I filled out the form and sent it off. I just got an email response from my request stating that because there is an existing order against my account, they are unable to close it. EXCUSE ME???? Someone who is not me got into my account and created an order (a monthly auto-ship order at that) and you cannot close my account because of it???? ARE YOU KIDDING???? So, what now? Do we just sit and wait until they receive their order that was placed through MY ACCOUNT or is this something that is just going to continue until they decide they don't want their auto-ship order to continue any longer? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT SAFE AND WHEN SOMEONE FIGURES OUT HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO IT, THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP!
