2/23/24 I signed a contract for them to help me with legal paperwork for a case..Through Afirm I paid them 900. I make ***** in monthly payments I've made ****** in payments so far and have not needed there services. Yet they refuse to refund services not used saying that I can use it on another case. I don't think I should have to pay for services not usedBusiness response
