Legal Case Pro was a lifesaver for my family law case. I needed to file for a divorce and had no idea where to start since my funds were limited. I recently used Legal Case Pro and had an outstanding experience. Despite some negative reviews, my interaction with the company was nothing short of excellent. Chris, in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind. He guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Without his assistance, I truly believe I would have been lost. He made a complex situation much more manageable and ensured that I understood every step along the way. I think it's important to note that some people may not get the outcome they desire from their case, but that's not the fault of the company. The legal system is complex and outcomes can vary. However, based on my experience, Legal Case Pro and their team, especially Chris, are dedicated to providing the best service possible. I highly recommend them.

Despite reading mixed reviews, I decided to try Legal Case Pro because I needed affordable help with my child custody case. I'm glad I did! The negative reviews don't match my experience at all. had an excellent experience with Legal Case Pro. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout my legal process. They helped me with document preparation and court preparation, making everything clear and manageable. The only kudos I give this company is the sales team, they will sell you a scam , and are phenomenal at it. My personal experience with this company is by far horrible. They intimidate you if you seek the assistance stated in contract and if you complaint they will talk to you like you are a five year old. I particularly had Chris assigned to my case, he is a complete bully, every complaint I made this guys will blow up my phone with like a minimum of 4 calls back to back and his entire demeanor was in my opinion unprofessional and very much intimidating. I took my loss of $850 where I gain nothing other than a waste of time and money, every complaint was a back and forth with this guy and additional staff who assured you that disputing your payment to them was pointless so “because they will win every time”, the best bet was to take what ever they give which is deff not worth $850. I finally found a good attorney that I sadly found after these scammers, never again. Do your self a favor and save your hard earned money.

The only document you guys ever filled out for me was a Certificate of compliance, which by the way was not even written correctly. I had to have my new attorney resubmit everything all over again, your paralegal was never available, and well you already know my experience with my assigned agent, so Im sorry you may say you did this one paper for for me but its definitely not worth $850. This business and it's individuals will take a large amounts of your money without providing the services stated within the business description and contract signed. I had their services for less then a month with nothing being accomplished.When requesting a refund back there happens to be little to no communication with their intake department. If you do speak with someone, you get pushed to still use their services, instead of being refunded.Do not use this business unless you want to be ripped off.May 2024
