TERRIBLE! Salesperson gave us various options for pool surface - material, colour, tiles, etc. We decided on a surface material/colour, and declined everything else. Despite that, they installed tiles on the steps that we were clear we didn't want. We made numerous calls, emails, texts - on repeat - to the company to avoid any further irreversible work before the tiles could be removed. We even had a neighbour approach the site crew TWICE to have them contact us ASAP. Both requests were ignored. The aesthetic we were shown and promised was ruined. The tiles are not what we wanted. When I expressed my displeasure to the admin, I was told I had agreed to the tiles in the contract, which is completely untrue. Further, when they provided a copy of said contract, it had been altered by their staff without my knowledge, permission or signature. The salesperson later conceded that the error was on their part, and asked what we expected them to do. He asked if we expected money off the job, and we suggested a small reduction, which he felt was fair, would be a nice token gesture given that the error was on their part. But the site supervisor called later and said we should be grateful the error was minor in nature, that they would not charge us for the tiles (that we neither ordered, paid for nor wanted), and that we were partly to blame because we were not there when the work was done. Further, they were supposed to include 3 startup treatments, but they only ever came out once, all proven by numerous camera video clips. DISGUSTED with service and communication is an understatement. Admin (Melissa) was a bully and referred to me as 'Hun' with every sentence. Terribly unprofessional. Salesman (Mel) was useless and wouldn't even reduce his commission in lieu of their mistake, and Site Supervisor (Brent) never even bothered to address our concern, dismissing us without regard for any customer service. Don't use this company. They're slick on the surface, but slimy underneath.
