They remodeled our kitchen replacing old with new within a short amount of time. ***** was a pleasure to work with, had great suggestions, and always quick to reply. Pros: Cost for the total remodel was reasonable; everything was done in a timely manner; quick responses with an online portal; beautiful kitchen! Cons: We had some unexpected costs to our estimate but they worked with us to come to an agreement; under cabinets were left unfinished (maybe normal?) so we had to paint them; electrical work used shortcuts under sink and costs seemed high for amount of work that was done. Would be a 5-star if it wasn't for the electrical work. Overall: We love our new kitchen! It is beautiful, we receive a lot of compliments on it, and they both are a pleasure to work with!

Don't waste your money hiring this company. I paid a lot of work to have the house inside and outside repaired and the work is very unprofessional. We had all floors replaced with vinyl lament flooring and a lot of the boards are popping up. They did come back and repair a couple but now they will not even respond back to my request for them to repair the rest of the boards that are popping up. We had the ceilings repaired as well because there were cracks, they repaired the cracks but now the same cracks have emerged. Their work is very shoddy and unprofessional at best. Don't waste your money hiring them!!!!

On A Mission Remodeling is not a good company. They gave us a 6 to 8 week timeline for our remodel and it turned out to be 6 months of anxiety. The overall quality of their work is below average at best. We paid them $138,000 for our project and they wont return to address our punch list and they are no longer even communicating with us.Many of the drywall repairs were poorly done and are extremely obvious. It is hard to imagine a worse interior finished paint job. We had them do a feature headboard wall in the master bedroom. Two of the workers painted some lettering on the unfinished wall and it is now bleeding through the finished paint and is very noticeable. We hired a professional painting company to paint the entire exterior as well as the interior trim and doors after seeing their painting abilities.Many of the new cabinets were damaged during installation and they look more like used than new, scratches everywhere, doors and pulls not level. The glass in the upper cabinets is damaged to the point that professional window cleaners could not get them clean.The porcelain tile floors were left a total mess, we paid professional floor cleaners $2,000 to clean them and the cleaning revealed several chipped tiles, lippage in many areas and voids in the grout throughout, most likely due to improper or poor substrate preparation.In one of the bathrooms they installed Quartzite from two different lots, one on the countertop and a different one on the backsplash.All three toilets in the house were never secured to the floor or caulked around the base. The plumber did return to correct this but some of the caulking is suspect and the toilet in the master bath is making a chirping noise in the tank.We have filed a complaint with the ***************** of the ************************ who sent it to the ******* ********** of ******** and Professional Regulation, we hope they can help us resolve this situation before having to seek relief by other costlier means.
