      Screenworks was chosen to do screen repairs/replacements to a number of condo units at BYH Association lanais, mine being one of them. In addition I wanted to install sliders inside the screening at my cost. ( The association bore the cost for the screening) On 1/21/2022 I gave a check for $1300 to ***** the owner. It was for vinyl sliders. It was deposited on 1/24/22. Shortly thereafter, after doing some more research including looking at a neighbors vinyl sliders, I told him I was willing to pay more for a more durable material. We discussed acrylic but the when I saw the sample he sent I told him the configuration was too much frame and not enough window. I said I was will to consider tempered glass. Never got any samples to look at. Never heard from him until the week Memorial Day when he called and announced he would doing the screen the following week. I said that would be fine so long its no sooner than Wednesday because I was having overnight guests for the extended holiday weekend, and would need to store lanai furniture and other items in a lanai closet, which had to be dismantled in the guest bedroom. He never called or showed! On 2/3/23 I emailed him and said it was rather obvious that BYH was no longer part of his business plan. I told him to keep $200 of the $1300 for his research efforts, asked him to return $1100 of the *************************************************** no less refund my money.

      This project was completed and the customers were happy with the project and paid in full. The customer told me that he would withdraw his original complaint.
