I paid for a bike IN FULL on January 19, 2024 and never received the merchandise. Three weeks later their doors were locked and unable to be reached by phone (mailbox full). I filed a dispute with my credit card company (Citi) and received conditional credit on 1/18/24, but these FRAUDSTERS disputed my claim and said I received the merchandise (ebike) i ordered. On 3/16/24, based on the lie Venice Outdoor Sports told to Citi about my transaction, Citi notified me they are reversing the credit they gave me on 1/18/24. I have refiled my dispute with **** and also filed a complaint with the ** Attorney General.The owners of Venice Outdoor Sports knew they were going out of business, took my money anyway, lied to me about processing my refund, and now LIED to the credit card company, who reversed my conditional credit.Initial Complaint

First of all, I have been shopping for my mother in law for her great grand children using her **** card. (Why this is so important to me) I ordered a pink Segway e8 scooter from Venice Outdoor. I received the email below and never a shipment date. I called and ****** told me the website had not been updated and they did not have the item. He said I would be refunded. I asked for an email confirmation. I never got one. In short, I have called, left messages and spoken to ****** multiple times and he says his boss took care of it!!!! I still do not have an email confirmation. The owner refuses to call me back! I need your help to get confirmation of credit.
