            Money extortion issue. We asked for an hour therapeutic massage and he comes out an hour and half later. We were prepared to pay the $100 quoted when he said the bill was $150. He argued that my wife 'needed the extra time' so we would have to pay for it. I said he did not tell us and that was not ethical. He again said the same thing. We paid the money via check to his personal account not a business account. Therefore not paying tax. Save to say while what he did was fine but extorting money is not. Who knows how many others he has done this to. Save to say we will never be going back.

            I do not worked on Saturday, but this person. Begged for me to see her because she was in extreme pain. She wanted relief from her pain so I worked.until she was pain free. It took an hour and half and they did not want to pay for the work. They finally paid, but they will not be treated again in my office.

            The lady called me on my day off and asked to treat her because she had extreme pain. Since my goal is to help people, I treated her on Saturday until she told me the pain was gone. It took an hour and half to treat her, and my fee schedule is posted in two places in the office. She refused to pay the hour and half fee ($150.00) and wanted to pay for 1 hour. Finally, she paid the full amount with a check to me because my business is a sole proprietorship. All massage money is reported to the IRS

            To clarify. We arranged to go on the Saturday. The fee to be paid was discussed and agreed at $100 for one hour's treatment. We were not told the office was opened specially for us. The practitioner at no time said my wife needed more than one hour of treatment. We were reluctant to pay as the original verbal contract was for $100. We did pay the required amount of $150. We hope that this does not happen to any other patient.

            She is not telling the truth and I hope and pray that dedicate her life to do positive things and tell the truth and get closer to Jesus. She needs his help to get rid of her evil ways. I will pray for her. David Villafaña

            First why would we even contact BBB if there wasn't an issue? There would be no need. We contacted BBB to make sure that our concerns were duly noted and any one reading them can make their own decisions about them. The treatment was excellent but the way it was handled was not. If after an hour had there been some way to say would you like another 30 minutes I am sure we would probably have said yes. I am not sure about the biblical referencing as that has nothing to do with the facts being presented. As for being evil - hmm. Maybe it is not us that needs to be forgiven!
