    They sent Mathew. The don/in-law of owner. 8/3/2022 messaged need solenoid. They Sent Mathew, son-in-law of owner. On the job 3 months!?
    Blames GFI for no water! Haha. Repipes without asking-I had to redirect pipes last visit!
    Leaking. Bruce refits pipes. See other notes
    Bruce reports glued primer !!! Still need pumps on ground!!!!

    Leaking, pipes moved blocks ac maintenance undone new ac!!!
    Failed 6/5/21 1 yr warranty left
    Too no ac "needs new compressor"
    Replaced all pvc adapter to galvanized at pumps 7/21/21 by Bruce 18$ plus 8$ parts, 3 days 180$ plus 10
    Again aug 2022 bad fix
    Again paid Bruce to correct!!! Never Again Call them. I messaged Jeff S*******, got answer from 440#

    We Installed equipment on this home on 11/27/2018.

    The customer has had no issues with the equipment and only called us out in 2020 to move one of her tanks over to allow her HVAC tech to service her equipment which we have pictures on file of. This job was completed and was charged $85.

    We did not hear from the customer again until 8/16/2022, not 8/3/2022.

    We went out on 8/17/2022 based on an email she sent us to make a repair to her pump which had overheated and been shut down. We made the necessary repairs and informed the customer that we had no way to get her power because the equipment didn't have any power from the house. Our tech explained this to Bruce who was referenced in the complaint as was told that the electrical issue coming from inside the home to power the equipment is what caused the solenoid to fail. This failure caused the pump to run continuously and melt a bunch of PVC fittings that needed to be replumbed. Because of the electrical issues, the equipment we were there to repair did not have power and an electrician would need to be called out to make those repairs as water treatment service companies do not carry a license to do the work inside. This was all communicated to Bruce, who we were told normally does the repairs on this home, and he said to go ahead and do what we need to do to get the issue of the bad solenoid and melted PVC fittings fixed.

    The customer then texted the office after hours on 8/19/2022 which we were closed for the weekend and no one saw it until 8/22/2022. We do offer after hours service and a live tech to call all weekend but the customer never called into the office and was only communicating via text. The customer said that she didn't have water again but it's unclear if her electric was ever fixed by an electrician.

    The only email we received was on 8/16/2022 and the office called her to confirm the appointment. No other calls were made to All American Purification during this entire event.

    We provided service within 24 hours of her service request to us. We explained what needed to be done to fix the issue and also explained the source of the issue and what was needed to correct it. The ticket was not paid for and she told us that she does not intend to pay for services on her home. As of today, 8/29/2022, the customer has not paid her balance nor returned contact to the office. We have pictures of every time we have been to this property, have copies of texts that have come into the office, and record all phone calls that come in as well. We do all of this to prevent such issues and any miscommunication between office, field techs, and customers.

    As I said before, I have photos too. And Bruce was not my spokesman. He was to be my witness to what this 3rd month tech was doing to my system!!
    I am unable to see the system. But this tech should have come to me before he spent any time on my system!! I only asked for a selenoid replacement, period!!! I have little money and I could only afford the selenoid!!! That was clear to this company at the start, period!

    All American Completely understands what you wanted done. Unfortunately, what you wanted done would not correct the issue. The bad solenoid caused your pump to run continuously and caused a lot of plumbing to heat up which we had to cut out and reblumb. This is what our tech expressed to Bruce and he explained why the repairs were needed in order to make it work. If these repairs were not done correctly, the issue would never be fixed once the power was taken care of. If we replaced just the solenoid, it would have only fixed half the problem and you'd have water leaking from all the damaged fittings which would also cause your pumps to run non stop and burn up and be an even larger repair.
