On July 27, our air conditioner stopped cooling. We had an evaluation by another company who said it would not be worth the repair. Our AC is under warranty. I called Curly. He called back and I described the problem. He said it could be repaired and he would order the part and put it in that day or the next. No communication. I called and was told the part came in defective. Then not sure if new part was ordered. 2 employees were off. Told the following Monday, maybe by Thursday. I explained our conditions. She would check on part and call back in an hour. No call back. Left multiple voicemails. No word. No faith in company. Called new ac company. Promised install next day. Left message of our decision to get new company. ***** called at close of business the next day and said he could repair the following morning. We told him we already were having it worked on. Curley's office made several calls, perhaps listened to my voicemails and is billing $125. Called 8/21/23 as soon as we received the bill. Left message with receptionist. She assured me they would call the next morning. Still no return call. Received another bill today with a $30 late fee Left another message with Service. She said they would call back! No confidence they will return this call either. Please remove this charge from our account.
