In November 2023 spoke with *************************** about him making a full front end suspension and rear axles for our race car. Discussed what parts were needed and price and delivery date. We delivered the car on December 7th 2023 to our friend ************************* who worked at a different shop who was going to be doing all the work once parts were made a delivered. They have done business several times prior to our job so the knew each other and **** was acting as point of contact. ******* was paid $2154.99 cash money on December 18 2023 as requested. He gave a receipt with detailed parts information and stamped paid in full. A delivery date of parts was made for first week of February 2024 or before. Around end of December beginning of January ******* had some health issues going on. We understood and asked several times if he was going to be able to complete the job and he assured us work was being done. By the middle of January all contact from ******* had stop. He would not take our call or text and he would not answer ***** calls or text either. The end of January he finally said he can not do the work. At that time we asked for full refund. He did not agree to a refund until February 6-11 2024. There was several attempts to get that refund and again he stopped taking ours and ***** calls and would not text back when a text was sent to him. To this day we still have not gotten the refund and he will not speak to us or ****. I'm including the copy of receipt and 1 text message showing agreement to the refund. If needed I can send all the text message and record of phone calls. it's just a lot of them. please help us Thank You *** and ***************************
