I went to cell medic with a cracked back of my iPhone. They said no problem we can fix that. They took my phone and was supposed to bring it back the next day. They did not alert the person and it was not brought back until another day. When i picked up my phone the back had lines all in it where you can see the glue i complained and they said it should go away after a few days of having my phone i realized my flash no longer worked. I called and they asked me to bring it in and gave me a replacement while they looked over my phone. They then told me they needed to order the part as they didn't have it in stock and would be in a few days. I called back and got the run around for several days on where the part was. They then finally got the part and took my phone and gave me the run around again. I got my phone back with the back re done however the part they ordered for my flash was the wrong one so we had to wait again. I brought my phone back again once they got the part which took my calling and calling for them to tell me they didn't get it or it's in one store and not the right store. They eventually got the part brought my phone in again for them to fix it. I get it back and now my Face ID no longer works. They tell me they can send it off or take it to apple and they will fix it. Well guess what i went to apple and they won't touch my phone. Said they can see someone went into the phone as the front glass is coming off and the glue they used is in the back camera area and they won't touch or take the phone unless i pay 600 bucks. I have yet to receive my refund after several calls it's been almost a month now. I would not recommend this place as they have yet to return my money or offer to fix this phone that even apple won't take back now after they touched it. They swore i wouldn't have any problems but I've had nothing but problems and now I'm stuck with an expensive phone that i can't use all the features on.
