      Date of transaction 12/24/22 Amount $185 Order Number ******** I ordered a G19 slide but when I received and opened the package, it was a G17 slide which is the wrong product and not what I'd ordered. I contacted the vendor through their website's contact form and explained the situation. They told me to send pictures of the wrong slide through email to [email protected]. I followed their instructions and they confirmed that they indeed shipped the wrong slide to me. They said, "Hello , you are correct it is the wrong slide. We will send you a return shipping label and have the correct one sent out once we re open from the holidays on Wednesday." I never received the return shipping label and when I asked for a status update on it I never received a reply from the email. I later tried to follow up via their website and again no response.

      Hello, a pre paid label was sent to your email the same day as your request and our first response . Please look at your spam folder or any other misc folder to find this pre paid shipping label. We have not received any other communication from yourself and believed you decided to keep it . We are open M-F 9-4 pm est

      I purchased a product that had three day shipping it's been in excess of 12 days the item is stuck at there post office in Florida and has not moved my local post office in Tennessee informed me the reason being because of a bad prepaid shipping label from this company I've called the company and there response is USPS lost it I want a refund for the cost of the item they don't appear to respond to email

Your order was placed on 8-1-22 and shipped out on 8-3-22 via USPS- ********************** . As you know USPS shows they received it and had it in their possession. 10 days later you contacted us to let us know that you have not received the item. We then looked up your tracking number and seen that it was still at USPS. We told you we had to contact USPS ( which we did ) and we told you that USPS find it claims or any claims do take time avg 11-20 business days. We have not heard back from yourself or USPS . we have no issues refunding for USPS lost item but they must declare it lost also

      Bought a charging handle and ar pistol grip. Been 4 months and no email or shipment. Gives tracking number but leads to webpage error. No one answers my calls or emails. Literally never making a purchase here again

We contacted yourself on 4-15-22 that you ordered an out of stock item Via your e-mail address you left on your account. We did not hear back from yourself until 4-24-22. you spoke with a rep that told you the color was out of stock and offered a refund or different color option at that time you stated you wished to wait and the rep stated that due to another company who makes that color / paint we had no control over when it would be in stock - you stated "I'll wait" . you then later called back for an update on 6-2-22. again the rep told you the same information and offered you a full refund. you stated again that you would wait. On 8-10-22 you contacted us and wised to cancel the order and we did at that time. we have answered all phone calls and e-mails that you have sent- we have the call log with all of that information also. We have always answered your questions and responded to e-mails. customer called to cxl order- Transaction Approved.
