I dont normally post bad experiences but I had the worst moving company and movers. ALL AMERICAN RELOCATION AND STORAGE Scheduled me for Friday morning between 8 and 9AM at 9:45 still no show or even a phone call. When I reached out I could tell I was being lied to and it was confirmed with a different dispatch person than I had previously spoken with that they were moving another customer not broke down as I was told. Then I was told they would still come on Friday but not until 10:30PM which would mean 2 hours of loading, drive an hour and another 2 hours to unpack. We ended up scheduling it for Saturday morning at 7 AM. I spoke with the driver myself and he assured me hed be there at 7. They didnt show up until 8:30 ????? Wasnt careful with any of my belongings. Broke a pottery barn mirror and a clock. Not sure of anything else yet because I havent had time to unpack. When I went over my list of items I told the lady that I had a king size mattress and box springs but no frame to take apart that I had ordered one and wanted to make sure they would put it together once we got to my new place and I was told that wouldnt be a problem. Well it was. The guy literally told me that was against company policy and wasnt going to set it up UNLESS I wanted to give him a tip for doing so. Im a big believer in tipping but seriously!! Im paying you to do this job and youre telling me you wont do it unless I tip you! They didnt even take my TV out of the box, literally threw my real estate signs in the garage and I could go on and on. They also left their trash at both places for me to clean up and of course charged me way more than quoted. I knew it would be more but not double my quote. ?? Worst company ever!

I only give one star because that is as low as I can go. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After three years we are heartbroken with the experience we had with this company. After being overcharged twice once on loading and once on unloading half of our items were never delivered and the half that was delivered was broken and almost unusable. We were forced to sign a paper without being given a chance to inspect what was being delivered. Our couch smelled like body odor and they even took furniture off the truck that wasn't ours. The boxes were retaped and the plastic tubs were cracked. When we filed a claim we were only offered $50 dollars for our lost and damaged items even though we had pictures of the damaged items as they came off the truck. We had to throw many things away. They rent Ryder trucks for delivery thus using our money to rent the truck to deliver our broken items. Save yourself a lot of pain and anguish as these people lie. Use PODS or UHAUL PODS and moving helpers so you can watch them load and unload while assessing their skill level and honesty.

This company is only ripping people off!! I was quoted 475 for our initial move. They then started adding shrink wrap fees, stair fees any kind of fee you could think of. I had arranged for storage (278 a month) till my girls apartment was ready for move in. When they picked up the furniture before leaving they wanted more money than they quoted. I called and talked to ***** and arranged to make payments while furniture was in "supposed" storage. I called and had made arrangements with ****** to pay up front the move to new apartment. I said I wanted no surprises! the men called and said they were on the way and we told them to just put apartment complex in and not street since there was another street with same name 20 minutes away. Told us GPS was saying arrival at 2:35. Called saying lost to turn on my location. They arrived at 4:05 and told me I owed another 731 before off loading. I had to venmo to a private account not company. I believe someone is getting away with tax evasion! They started off loading and had a queen *** bought 4 months ago destroyed that had to be thrown away. 2 water damaged queen ********* 2 broken lamps, a missing night strand that was from an uncle who passed, a missing area rug. Still looking for things. They also tried to give us other peoples thing as well which leads me to believe someone else's stuff was on the truck. I can not get anyone to call or answer my emails. All told this move cost me ******* WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THEY ALL NEED TO BE ARRESTED FOR SCAMMING THE CITIZENS OF *******. I did not want to leave a star rating but had to. They do not deserve anything but to rot in jail! Shame on all the cash apps for not shutting them down.

This was the worst absolutely worse experience Ive had in over fifty years. Whomever runs this company is ***** and they price gauge on their initial contract fees. What started out as an $1800 job ended up costing over $3000. If you read this message do not fall for any ploys to get you to contract with them. They will not have good luck in life cheating and ******** people like they do. They say KARMA is a ***!

This company is a complete scam, they used bait and switch tactics, they gave me a quote for 390$ then at the delivery point when it came time to pair the remaining balance the bill has a ton of hidden fees that jacked the price up to $1750 and you have to pay now using only Zelle or cash app or they arent unloading, then after paying while unloading they damaged my dressers and broke the headboard, they also completely broke my 55 tv screen and its completely useless, their claims form is another scam by signing and submitting it youre agreeing not to hold them responsible for damages. They are a completely criminal organization and should be prosecuted as such.

All American movers should not be allowed to be affiliated with you I went over the logistics with u 2x and I asked if I was going to be charged any hidden fees - and I was told no Well as I trusted what they would have said So long story short - the movers were not told that I had a washer and dryer Charged extra Gas fee extra Extra stop extra So I was quoted $327 $-100 deposit And then wanted $933 Sat in their truck for 2 hours waiting for me to come up with 933$ Who Carries that kind of cash? No one- Mind u I had all the items ready at my door - then the second stop storage I had all but 3 items out by the time they got to my storage which should have been 20 mins - they took 40 I called the police and was told its a civil matter and to contact a lawyer-So needless to say I rounded up $700 They took the washer dryer And mattress up to my floor and left everything else by the elevator for me to take up myself All American movers are con artists and should not be alllowed to operate I will be contacting the bbb and consumer affairs And who ever else I need to - And sadly will not use your service again It was an awful experience Very disappointed customer And found them on angis list Discusted to say the lease ***********************

*** lowest I could give is a star but these people are horrible. *** had my shipment sitting in the truck for almost a month. After all the lying about the cube and adding all these fees I get all my stuff moldy, damaged, water logged and destroyed. *** estimate was originally $1710 that went to almost $7000 going 757 miles. *** owner **** did not honor any of the discounts that he agreed to. ***y say they are a carrier and not a broker but clearly shows *************** linked and dispatched by *****. *** just subcontract the work out. My autistic child could not attend school without her IEP and birth certificate because it was packed on the truck by accident. I begged and pleaded to please deliver my stuff and called 6 times in a months span. ***y told me it was on the truck, then didnt fit the truck, then it was on to go out until finally a call from a lawyer and it was like: I dont want your stuff in my storage so it will be there in 2 days. I had to rent a uhaul and meet the drivers at a ******* because they said they could not get into my property with a semi. In my development had roofing contractors weeks before with bigger equipment and could get in fine. *** trailer they brought was not even a 53 trailer and had to make a 90 degree turn from the main road which had no problem doing. So these scumbags pretty much left me and my family for broke that I needed my 76 year father send me money to get my stuff. Now that I was able to get a 400 cube (10ft) box truck from uhaul. Everything fit in except 8 pieces that I put everything from the delivery to fit in one parking space. ***y charged me 800 cubic feet because after picked they locked the doors and said they lost the key. I could even see how much room it took on the truck when they loaded it on pick up day. ***y also add shuttle fees and everything under the sun. This company will get sued for extortion. ***y say 20+ yrs of moving years 3 yrs in business. Its cause they change their name.SCAMMERS!!!!

Worst experience ever. Nothing this company says or does is honest. My inventory is incorrect. Charged me double then agreed in contract. Buyer BEWARE!!

Criminal organization. They gave us a quote, called aggressive prior to the move to continually raise the estimate and then in the middle of the move let us know that they were quadrupling their estimate. When I called their HQ to fix the issue I was told it was my fault for not understanding their 'gotcha' charges for plastic wrap which I didn't ask for and they sloppily applied just to rip me off. Added in a cost per box after the fact and tons of little one line nonsense charges. Worst experience with a company I've ever had, avoid at all cost.
