Worst car buying experience ever!Deceptive ads&internet pricing.They advertise dealer discount of$3300, do not honor it.Add an additional$4995 price adjustment fee here,extremely high, major price gouging,very greedy.They have very high dealer fees, charged$1199 for me,but then prior and after you see as$799lots of discrepancies in their listings,lots of games and other fees too here, almost$2Kin fees.They do not want to give you much for your car,come up with so many excuses.The numbers just do not come in your favor here, they mark up the price of theMSRP by almost$5000,like30% of the value of the car.They do not treat cash buyers well here.I would not recommend this dealership at all.Carmax and Offleaseonly are better.Almost five hours to process a sale.Not a place I would ever want to do business with again.They do not seem to care about their reputation and legacy.They try to normalize/legitimize crooked dealings as if the entire industry does what they do.Hard to respect these types of deceptive dealers/salesmen.I now understand why the reviews are bad here,many bad onGoogle/Yelp-1 star.This was not a good experience at all.I would never buy from them again nor recommend them ever.Regret stepping foot and buying here.If I can upload the photos and evidence pointed out in this letter,I will include them.I wrote to the salesperson after to request for a refund for the excessive dealer fee of$1199, as the website after said$799, he wrote, emailed, texted a lot prior to me going, and since buying never writes back.I paid cash, a personal check.They made me wait almost5 hours to process the sale.They had me over the barrel.I feel that this dealership is corrupted,greedy,dishonest, and very deceptive in their business practices.I wish I had walked away and not dealt with them, in retrospect I regret buying from them or doing any business here,I witnessed a great deal of dishonesty here.I sense that this dealership is not an upright or ethical company.Buyer beware!
