Dealer cancellation request form processed in person for $2,976.96 . 7. I was told it would take two months for the refund to be applied to the principal balance owed on my vehicle.

      I RECEIVED A VOUCHER FOT THEIR UPSIDE-DOWN EVENT. THEY CLAIM THEY WILL PAY OFF YOUR EXISTING LOAN, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU OWE. IT WAS A COMPLETE FRAUD! THEY REFUSED TO PAY OFF MY LOAN EVEN THOUGH I WAS READY TO TRADE AND BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. THEY TRIED TO BAIT AND SWITCH ME AND ROLL THE NEGATIVE EQUITY INTO ANOTHER LOAN. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $52K FOR A $30K TRUCK.

      On May 5, 2022 I traded in my vehicle and purchased another form ********* Mitsubishi (same address as dealership selected) The dealership agreed to transfer the registration from ******** to ******* and I was issued a temporary plate through ******* DMV. I have been in contact with the Finance Manager (*****) who has assured me several times that the paperwork is "in the mail", however, 2 months later I have checked with MI Secretary of State and the License plate that was supposed to be transferred is still registered to my old vehicle that was traded in. Based on this information I have had to request on 2 separate occasions that a new temporary plate be issued so I am able to legally drive the vehicle to and from work. I am not sure if the dealership is aware on how to complete this required documentation and at this point and I am beyond frustrated with the lack of concern I have been shown in regards to finding a resolution. I recently moved from ******** to ******* for work and I have no idea where to begin to find assistance regarding this matter. I just need proper registration for the vehicle I purchased and am hoping at this point to just have it done through ******* D.M.V. to solve any further issues. I have asked ***** if we can do that to put this issue to rest but he has advised me that it's not possible?If someone can please help me I would be more than grateful.
