We reached out to this customer and first requested we be contacted by the actual vehicle owner for privacy reasons so we can try to address the issue. Employee denies this matter and states only asked customer to leave after customers companion became aggressive and refused to accept the response that was not what the customer wanted to hear. We sold the car to customer at the figures agreed to in writing with the customer. Due to privacy concerns we cannot discuss the details of this matter further on this format.
We have not received any further contact from customer. Again, we ask the owner of the vehicle to contact us to discuss the matter. *********************************************
