In Dec, 1923 I answered an advertisement from this business and made an appointment with *****, one of the paralegals shown in the ad, for 11 AM on 1/8/24 When I arrived I was met by a woman, who I have now been advised is the owner, who advised me ***** was not available and that she would handle the appointment. Information she took and gave me left me with a lot of questions but she assured me that in 2 weeks I would receive by email documentation that we could go over before approving. On 2/14/24, 5 weeks later, having received nothing, I called and was advised they had emailed the info on 1/17/24 and if the email had not been received by me they would have been notified. However, they, the owner, agreed to resend the documents. I received nothing by2/20/24 so I made a 50 mile trip to their office to follow up. The owner tried to prove to me that the file had been sent twice by showing me documentation on the file folder. When I asked her to show me the email address where they sent the info, she recognized it had been sent to a wrong address and pointed that out to the receptionist. The fact that I had pointed out their error seemed to cause the owner to get a attitude which I tried to downplay by just requesting they resend the info to the correct email. I did demand that they resend it immediately so I could verify receipt before I left. When I got home I reviewed the info that there were several items I questioned. I also noted that all 3 emails were sent from ****** email address who is the person I made a appointment with and who I have never met, Therefore, on 2/20/24 I sent a email to ***** requesting a meeting which I thought might resolve the situation. This morning I received a call, not from *****, but from the owner who said meeting with ***** would not be possible. Also, when she asked how we could resolve the problem, my suggestion that she just refund my $400.00, and that I go elsewhere, she stated that is not going to happen.Have more infoBusiness response
