Since December 2022, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning Non-Delivery of equipment. Specifically, the business will require wired payments upfront, in the range of $30,000. Consumers have not received the promised equipment despite paying, and found that no refunds have been received.
1). The website, http://www.carltonequipments.com, was created on November 28, 2022. As of January 20, 2023, the website is inactive. BBB confirmed this website does not belong to the real business, as they do not operate in e-commerce sales.
2). The phone number (863) 703-0402 is disconnected as of January 20, 2023.
3). The email address [email protected] bounced back as undeliverable.
