Amped Ellectric double charged me on tankless water heater installation which is not sufficient for my home or family. Instead of an upgrade we downgraded we are taking cold showers daily. I received estimates prior to install. I paid in full with receipts. he said I dont do that double billing stuff but charged twice. Owner was aware i am disabled, we have six kids, and he insisted I pay double charged price. He charged me installed water heater that cost 490 twice. plus he changed documented paperwork and fees once he hooked up water heater to electrical panel. After install he insisted we repay him and charged 2200+ total. My husband also requested explanation which owner was unprofessional dishonest. The plumber insisted we use his electrician and both owners took advantage of us.owner changed documentaion that was unsettling. He entered home while my daughter was home never indicated anything was owed prior to install I was not home. He lied about electrical panel needing updating from 150-200 amps to support water heater . The stiebel 24plus was installed I have 4 showers, so its to small for my family of 8. Left taking cold showers,  and they entered my house with mention of covid symptoms seen on security camera with electrician talking to plumber.  documents and some video available. Told us works with electrician recommended and needed upgrade electric 150 amps to 200amps. Stiebel company states the device installed need 150. doubled charged by his  electrian too. Home alone 2 small kids wouldn't wait for my husband,  intimidation, aggression, and unprofessional dishonest, I sent letter to give opportunity to fix sent response no response. Plumber told us they are installs 3-6 units a month at probably  overpriced rates. I also reported to hernando contractor license and florida attorney general  for price gouging. electrical panel installed paid in full feb. 2021. Waited for plumber to be ready for install. Reported to attorney general for price gouging
