  After the hurricane, my rental property had severe roof damage. After getting several estimates, I met with *** ******* from Protech roofing. He explained everything from start to finish in detail and provided a great price to have my whole roof replaced.*** helped me pick out a shingle brand and color for my roof and even provided sample boards with a variety of shingle colors to choose from.The process was quick, efficient and extremely impressive with the clean up of all the nails and debris.During the initial estimate of my roof, *** noticed damages to my neighbors roof and did a free inspection for them as well. My neighbor is an older veteran that is in a wheelchair and otherwise would have never noticed the damage to her roof. *** immediately went to his truck and placed a tarp on both roofs and gave her a quote as well.After the roof was complete, **** came to the property for an inspection. While walking the property, **** made sure not only that the roof was done correctly, but that all the debris/nails were removed from the yard.This was an overall amazing experience, from start to finish. I encourage everyone to reach out to *** and his team at Protech to get a fair and honest quote. I will definitely be using them for my other properties!

  Evaluated, tarped, ordered materials, quoted a decent price, finished in one day and did a great job! Provided pictures of completed roof cap, professional and *********** neighbors used this company, solid reputation, I can see why. I highly recommended Protech Roofing.

  Protech Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Everything went according to schedule. The roof looks great. The cleanup afterwards was excellent. Overall it was a great experience. Very nice people.

  Excellent work! With the recent hurricanes and recovery, there's alot of shade going on. Choose Protech Roofing Services. My neighbor had a tree down, so he needed to relace his roof, I needed a roof cap. They did both at the same time, very reasonable prices, good solid work. They are wonderful people. Fast, efficient, checked the rest of my roof (above and beyond expected performance) and took pictures for me. Highly Recommend if you want the job done right. ***** ******

  Protech has been great all the way through the process. The office staff is nice, **** showed up on time and full of knowledge. Price was on par with others in the area but I went with them because they have connections with multiple county entities and businesses here in ************. Would highly recommend.

  I have used this company several times. Every time I call around to get bids, they always have the best price. Not only that, they are always on schedule, the workers are very polite and they tarped my roof several times for me for free on this last one while we were waiting for insurance. They go above & beyond to take care of you. The one time that I did not use them, and actually paid a lot more, I had nothing but problems and this was a well known company thats been around. I wont go anywhere else, but here. They even let me pick out my own shingle from the warehouse that they dont normally install. They are definitely A1 in customer service.

  The experience I had with Protech was wonderful from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with ********************, the sales manager. The estimate was within a couple hundred dollars of the others I had gotten and it was a very fair price. He had large color samples of actual shingles and helped me to choose one that I wouldn't have chosen initially and it is perfect. The men who came out to do the work were efficient and did an excellent job. I recommend this company whole heartedly.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Protech Roofing. I worked with ** and ***************************** and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and the quality of their work. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the team at Protech Roofing went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction.Not only did they complete the job earlier than promised and within budget, but they also kept me informed throughout the process and provided regular updates on the progress of the work. Their team was always courteous, respectful, and tidy, and they made sure to clean up before leaving.The work itself was exceptional - the new roof looks absolutely beautiful and has held up perfectly in the months since it was installed. I have had no issues with leaks or other problems, and I feel confident that my new roof will last for many years to come.Overall, I highly recommend ** and ***************************** with Protech Roofing for anyone in need of roofing replacement or repair.   After doing all due diligence, getting estimates from 3 companies, making sure of all the advised issues of release of lien, insurances, certifications, etc... I still felt unsure as all 3 companies seemed deceptive, had extensive release of liabilities for damage to my home in their contracts, required 25% to 50% payment up front or had weird up-sales that when researched went against standard normal procedures. So I called my home owners insurance agent and asked if he knew of a trustworthy, experienced roofing contractor. Without hesitation he said, "in your area Protech." I called and received an estimate by the end of the day. It was fair as I had the other 3 estimates already and all 4 were within a few thousand of each other. I signed the contract and 27 days later I have a beautiful new roof in my choice of uncommon shingle which is quite impressive considering the current supply chain issues. They must have excellent relationships with their suppliers. The estimate done by Cheyanne was 100% accurate, the final bill was the exact estimate amount. The job supervisor, Norman was professional and demonstrated genuine concern for every question the entire process. The workers under the leadership of the job foreman Juan treated my home as if it were there own. This is our 3rd home and we are older so we know good work from bad and sloppy, this was amazing. They took 2 days to remove and replace our 48 square roof, they worked like a well oiled machine cleaning every mess as they went and even the dumpster was picked up first thing the next morning. Not one bit of damage to our home or property, not one mess left behind and we now have an amazing new roof completely stress free. They even have a wind mitigation report being done for us and they fully warranty their work. I am so grateful that my insurance agent recommended Protech and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I am 100% happy with my roof replacement experience with Protech! ******** got my estimate to me the same day as I contacted the company. She was totally responsive from start to finish. She got the job scheduled as soon as I accepted the bid and signed the paperwork. She kept me informed as to scheduling and what activity to expect when and let me know in advance when the estimated schedule changed and why (weather). She answered my question and helped me with shingle selection. ******** took such ownership of my project that I thought she might be the owner of the company!Because I was acting as a fiduciary for a trust, I solicited a half dozen bids. Protechs was the lowest, although service and timeline were equally important factors to me, and Protech topped the other roofers there, too!Importantly, Protechs quote was the only one included a third-party wind mitigation survey after installation. That survey ended up saving my trust $1,000 in insurance premiums in the first year alone! In a sense Protechs bid was $1,000 lower than the others.To loop back to my opening point, I just could not be happier with Protech Roofing Services and recommend the company highly!
