              I ordered a box of fruit on January 5 for my grandson whose birthday would be January 20. When I called to say how was your birthday present on January 20 they hadnt received it. I spent several hours trying to contact the company spoke to two or three people and got a response three days later, saying that they had now made out of form so that there was a tracking number. The fruit arrived January 31 and is rotten. Their offices have been closed and even when I call they leave me on hold for a very long time. I want them to give me my money back, and I want them to send him some good fruit .

              I have been buying fruit from them for over 5 years. I have never gotten anything that's as rotten or moldy. This year the **** red grapefruit was better than anything I could get in a store. The honeybells are top notch. They even messed up a order and sent me a ****** of the same order at no charge. I didn't ask for that I just wanted to make sure my order went through. When I called she realized it was their error and sent me out a box for my troubles. This is a great company to order citrus fruit from in the winter!
