      I ordered a box of fruit on January 5 for my grandson whose birthday would be January 20. When I called to say how was your birthday present on January 20 they hadnt received it. I spent several hours trying to contact the company spoke to two or three people and got a response three days later, saying that they had now made out of form so that there was a tracking number. The fruit arrived January 31 and is rotten. Their offices have been closed and even when I call they leave me on hold for a very long time. I want them to give me my money back, and I want them to send him some good fruit .

      We shipped her grandson's order to him on January 17th and per *** status report the fruit wasn't delivered until January 30th. At which time the grandson called into speak to one of our CSR Representatives and request another shipment of fruit be shipped due to the spoilage. We apologized for the quality and condition of the fruit when it was received. Please know it is never our intention that our product arrive in less than perfect condition. We know that when shipping a perishable product there are things which can occur during the transportation process which may affect the fruit. Which is why we have a 100% guarantee on all our products.

      Due to the *** late delivery with her order, we are issuing the refund requested and she should see it posted to your account within 48 72 hours.

      They returned my payment with a letter saying the delivery was somehow delayed for a very long time, and then sent another box of fruit that my grandson really liked.  I called them to give them my credit card number but they asked me to remember them when wanting citrus.  I have to say, they did good.
