date 05-05-22. Estimate in writing and signed by both parties $2,950. On 06-28-22 price changed to $3,650. Mistake on their part. Had to remove all stump grinding to bring price down to $3000. They came on 07-01-22 and did the work and told me I owed $2850. Called the office in Weirsdale and they said no $3,000. Lisa was supposed to call me on Tues. 07-05-22 to take my credit card number ect. This is 07-08-22 haven't received a call from tip top tree experts. Don't want to call the Weirsdale office because of Albert who answers the phone and is very nasty. This company usus BBB as a selling point AAA rating and also boast about having many City contracts. I cannot get any relevant info from company and need help I am 76 yrs old and can't put up with this any longer.Business response

The work was completed as agreed upon by you in writing. Apologies for taking an extra day to collect payment, most people don't complain about that, but I guess you just like complaining as you did with every phone call to us right up until the job was completed, which was done with ample time and communication for you to cancel services due to pricing mistake and it was discounted and reduced (see the invoice you paid) for your convenience. The Job was done a day early and reading this we're pretty happy because we're not sure we wanted to deal with you for even 1 more day. I hope you find peace and don't treat all of the people you try to steal services from like this. Please remember the whole world seems short staffed and theres no reason to be ugly to the ones who are willing to get dirty for you, Please lose our number. This job was not done a day early it was done on 07-01-22 which was the original date. Laci was supposed to call me on 07-05-22 to take payment info never did I called her on 07-08-22 to make payment. the price was changed 5 different times in 1 week. Calls were never returned. They did give me $50 off for their mistake but I had to take $600 off and not do the stump grinding because I budgeted what they originally sent me and signed. My last call to the office was with Albert and before he knew why I was calling he started yelling told me I was unsympathetic and a *. I ended the call. I would have cancelled had I known that I could after accepting, dating and signing estimate. It was never told to me that it was an option. I want $600 returned the amount I had to remove for stump grinding so I can have another tree service complete my job. I hope you will find honesty and treat your customers with respect. They are paying for your services. Tip top tree experts have on their web page AAA rating from BBB and also sell by talking about the contracts they have with the city. The price per tree did not change and did say EACH in the original estimate. The mistake was caught, and brought to your attention well before work was started. This will be the last correspondence from us to you because I will not talk about honesty with a dishonest person who had every opportunity to remedy a situation before it was started. YOUR JOB IS COMPLETE AS AGREED AND WITH A DISCOUNTED PRICE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. I was never told by anyone that I could cancel what a lie. They gave me a discount other than the $50 and I had to remove $600 worth of work to meet over the original budget of $2,950. Ask Eric! As for Albert you may have thought the call was off but it wasn't and I heard you say what a *. I still want $600 the amount I had to take off for stump grinding due to their error. This is the first time I have even reported anyone but you got so ugly and lied so much I could not let pass.
