    Terrible company. They charged ****** to order a part for our dryer and they didn't call for 2 weeks to set up the fix. So, we called to cancel as we needed to buy a new dryer. He said we couldn't cancel as he already ordered the part. We then asked when he could come install it, he said another THREE weeks. We called and asked that they deliver the part that we were charged us for and they said that they would, but they never did. It has now been 6+ weeks so we are going to file a small claims case against them. Overall recommendation...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    Shady customer **********************. He charged $190 to come out and assess the issue regarding my brothers refrigerator. He diagnosed the issue and charged an additional $390 to include parts and labor. Unfortunately, the problem wasnt resolved and he promised to come back and never showed up. Hes been ignoring calls and messages. This is no way to run a business.

    Had **** from All Appliance come out to find out why my dishwasher had a small leak.He said the door and gasket had to be repalced and he would have the part in three days from GE.It's now a month and no reply from ****. A girl named ***** says she will check to see with **** what the delay is. No call back ever. Left multiple messages with ****, again no reply.As I read the same complaints from this company feelthat it is a scam they have going on.I paid him ****** and want my money back.I should have researched this company on here before I called them.Thank you

    Absolutely horrible. They caused over $20,000 worth of damage to their negligence in my home. The man came out to change a sensor on my refrigerator and when my refrigerator defrosted it broke because I actually saw him touch the filter and pull all the interior of the fridge out. At 3 AM in the morning my entire, main floor was flooded and was seeping to the basement where my son was sleeping and that is what woke him up to get me and My Husband up. The flood was coming from where the filter goes on my refrigerator that he had manipulated and broke. It was a river in my kitchen and we are did our best to sweep out the running water as I found the main water to shut it off. We called them that first and they of course denied everything. I have an insurance claim that is well over $20,000 and my insurance company is going after them. They are horrific I never do reviews with this one I must. The general contractors that came out. The same day was surprised that the ceiling under the kitchen, where my son was sleeping in the basement, didnt collapse. He has seen less water damage with a collapse.

    Horrible customer ********************** from I assume is the owner- I was promised the needed replacement part that would take 2-3 days to arrive. When I called to get an ETA the morning of the 3rd day to arrange someone to be at the house, the owner answered with without saying hello, just "I have to call you back", and hung up. When I called back at the end of that day, a nice female told me they would let me know when the part arrived, and it was scheduled to arrive later that night or over the weekend. When I did not hear back on Monday, I called again and spoke with the nice female and was told she was trying to contact the technician and would LMK when she heard from him. I called the office again late next day and was told weather is to blame for the part delay. After waiting 9 days, I called this morning and the owner screamed at me "Don't keep calling her like that, I'll call you when it's in"! He then hung up on me! This is an owner of a small business that does not know how to deal with people. I should have taken the time to read his reviews from other customers like me. Don't make the same mistake I did and call a competitor.

    We hired All Appliance to look at our refrigerator that has stopped cooling. After **** came to the house and looked at the fridge for a few minutes he concluded that we needed a control board that cost us over $600 for install and service call. They had to order the board and when it came in on a Saturday, they installed in about 10 min and left. The problem was not fixed. When I called him back, he said the sensors are bad and he had to order them. Haven't heard from him since. After I contacted another appliance repair person, he concluded that we never needed a control board and the compressor was bad. Wish I had read reviews on this guy before calling. DO NOT CALL. They don't return calls after you've already spent a small fortune on bogus repairs.

    This customer board when extremely hot and making a noise and when we replaced it we found a burnt spot which we showed the customers we are still waiting on lg to deliver the part and explained to customer that if his compressor shorted out from baord it was covered under lg warranty

    all appliance diagnosed a problem with our dishwasher and ordered parts. They returned and installed the parts ( $89 + shipping) totaling ******. The parts installed didn't correct the problem and the tech said he didn't know what was wrong. we ordered a new dishwasher and contacted ****, the owner. I told him I was willing to pay all the labor charges but requested he refund the 115. for parts we didn't need. he assured me he would. we never received the refund he claimed he issued. Four phone calls to him, text messages and still no refund just rude answers. Guy is a thief and his tech incompetent.

    I am very disappointed on **** very unprofessional it looks like he goes to every single places and did the same thing 15 minutes check cleaning the coil from the refrigerator and Telling me that I need to replace the sensor otherwise it was not going to work and to wait for next day to plug the refrigerator; which I did and never got cold I call him on Tuesday and let him know the he said oh you need another part; he charged me $342.53 including $20 for ****** review which stated on the ****. Yesterday I called him to let him know if he got the picture from the refrigerator and was mad telling me he was driving on I-95 up today he hasnt being calling and honestly I do not want this man in my house all the complains are exactly the same and I want my money back this is call fraud

    We clean coils when they are need when theres more lint and dust on your coils then any other house we intend to clean them and sometimes it fixes the problem we advice when it doesnt to call us to come out and check machine now that it in origami state

    BEWARE DO NOT USE! Seans first visit was on Dec 9, 2021. $79.99. He ordered door locks for our microwave. The parts came very quickly (do not believe it is difficult to get them). When he came and installed the part (door locks) he could not make it work but left the locks so the door would close. He said it must be another lock inside and would order it. He charged me for the locks, shipping and labor ($234.75). He told me in the meantime to have an electrician look at the outlet. I did and no issues. (Cost $124) When he came to replace the second part, it still did not work and he then said I would need a computer board rather than telling me it was not worth it and I should get a new microwave. He said ****** would call when the part came in. I saw once he had left he took the door locks I paid for with him and I was not able to close the microwave door.I had an appointment on March 24, 2022, but **** called to tell me he had notification the part had shipped and would be here at the end of the week or the early part of the following week. When I called ****** to ask if the part came in she knew absolutely nothing about any part that was ordered for me. I called a few more times and no par. Then she would not answer my calls until I used my business phone. When I did speak with her I asked that we get this issue resolved amicably as I am out money, my locks and the door will not close because he took my door locks. If **** does not want to repair or cannot repair it then he should do the right thing and reimbursed me for the parts he TOOK and charged me for, that would be the fair thing to do.****** said **** is not responding to her messages. I then wrote **** two emails the last one was on 5/31/2022. Still no response and no refund. What good business would not call a paying customer back to resolve an issue. It is 6/30/2022 and still no response. **** took my money and my paid parts and did not offer to do anything. I see this as unethical and stealing.

    This customer had a off brand company machine and when it was diagnosed she called the company for the parts and had them send multiple part but not the one I suggested so we installed those parts and it didnt work because again not one part was the one I suggested

    The machine he is talking about is NOT our Microwave. He did not address the Microwave issue, he is again not being truthful. He did not fix the Microwave that he misdiagnosed two times and took the parts I paid for the microwave and never came back with the new parts he told me he was going to order. He called me to tell me he got a notice the new part would be in the following week. Never heard from him again!!!! The issue he is addressing was not the problem. I asked him to diagnose two other appliances (Charged me 2 additional diagnoses 3 in total with the microwave but he could not really diagnose them and as he could not get the parts. I did get parts from the manufacturer for him to put in but they did not fix the issue when he installed them. So we agreed not to move forward on those appliances but he would set up an appointment to return when the new part he ordered for the microwave came in. He NEVER answered any calls that I made to him. Where is my refund for the microwave parts since he could not repair it and misdiagnosed 2 times? Why can he just fix the microwave? I will make sure that when any one calls me for references I will be sure to tell them he is Dishonest!!!

    calling AAP was absolutely worst decision i have ever made for a home repair, no trouble shooting he simply looked at the appliance and made a diagnosis (which was partially right i will man up and admit that) but he totally missed the actual serious problem. ordered what parts he thought he needed on wednesday and said he'd be back in 2 days (which should have been friday but i never heard a peep until i called him on monday to let him know that what he did ended ** flooding my dinning, kitchen, and living rooms, he tried to tell me that was how he found it, which is totally untrue because i was there. totally and shockingly a major failure. requested a return of my appointment

    When we arrived he had water from his dishwasher all the way to his wall we explain to have his valve on the wall replaced as we couldnt turn the water off he agreed and then called back when he didnt have the valve replaced and then blamed it on me. Unfortunately we are not a plumbing company and the customer was advised
