Brought my animal to this 'vet' clinic. Was forced to pay for extremely expensive procedures which were absolutely unnecessary.I was also forced to pay for bloodwork and never received any information back. The xray technicians cannot read an xray and completely misdiagnosed my animal.I called back a week later wondering why I hadnt received my blood results.I was told they blood hadnt even gone out yet lol. Absolutely abysmal and criminal practice. No refund offered, no help, nothing. Criminal enterprise.Just read their reviews and shut these people down.

My teenage son was talked into a monthly payment pet care plan. The technician said if you sign up for it youll get the discount on the toe nail clipping for that day but you can cancel immediately. He immediately cancelled it but he noticed that payments were automatically coming out of his bank account. We called several times to make sure it was finally canceled. The money stopped coming out of his account. We thought it was all taken care of. Well it was never canceled apparently. We got a collections letter saying he owes $388. We called repeatedly asking for a manager to return our call. Never heard from them. My teenage son now has collections on him for payment and this will also affect his credit. I dont know why the business did not call ** and all along made it sound like everything was canceled.

Today I had to bring in my dog to Seven Oaks Pet Hospital for an emergent visit he was bleeding profusely from one of his paws i had called 20 minutes in advance of my arrival to let them know i was on my way they told they would be expecting me. upon my arrival i was told to check in like this was a standard walk-in versus the emergent visit it was. mind you my dogs paw is still bleeding the lobby of the location was full and people were sitting on the floor (myself included) while the staff was having friendly conversation with one another instead providing any assistance to any of the customers. after 30 minutes of waiting i asked if they had an ETA of when we could be seen my dog is crying from the pain and still bleeding, One of the employees said they would check 15 minutes later she comes back and says the vet is still with another animal and doesn't have an ETA. finally after an hour and a half of waiting in the lobby my dog was seen and treated. afterwards i was told he wasn't even bleeding anymore that is based on the fact that he had to wait for an hour and a half before he was treated. I attempted to explain my disappointment with the quality of service i had experienced today only to be rebuffed by the staff when it was time to pay they initially handed me a bill for $116 then after i was done telling them about my dissatisfaction then handed me a revised statement of 194 when i looked at the revised statement it had charges for services that had not been performed. i then proceeded to probe about the additional charges and explaining that these services weren't even performed why am i be charged for them. which led to them arguing with me about what they had done for my animal. finally i was handed a 3rd and final statement which still had charges for services that weren't performed, but by this time i had had enough and proceeded to pay so i could take my dog home. This was one of the worst vet experiences i have ever had in my life.

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/05/27) */ This client has came in several time only as a walk-in and not with a scheduled appointment. Anytime we have a wealk-in appointment they are informed there will be a wait since we are trying to fit them into get seen, (as we already have a completely booked schedule). Since we had a already booked schedule we had a full lobby since we also had 4 clients come in at the same time as wlk-ins. As much as we try we can only go so fast. During the time the client walked in we also had a walk-in come in that was very urgent and needed oxygen therapy. This is the second time this client has come in because her dog ripped its toe nail out.In veterinary and human medicine and ripped toe nail is not an emergency. Her pet was not bleeding all over the floor in any way, and once we had a chance we took care of her pet. Im sorry if we where not fast enough for this client we try our best to help any patient that comes in on a timely matter, unfortunately we are only able to what we can. The bill was the similar to the last time she came in as well diffrent doctors suggest diffrent procedures or treatments, and as much pain she states her pet was in she declined all pain medication. The differance in the bill was the client decling medication and telling the doctor how and what she should do. the doctor was very patient with the client and trying to work with her which is why she was given difrrent amount based on what she was wanting done.
