Worst company I have ever used for my animals.The vets and owners here only care about money.Theyre obsessed with charging huge fees for unneeded bloodwork and xrays.Their xray technicians cannot even read the xrays. Its so pathetic its almost unbelievable.I paid 5 00$ for an xray and blooddraw,Called them multiple times, only to find out they never sent out the blood.They dont even offer a refund.Most money hungry, scamming pieces of dirty filth on the internet.

I Brought my 9 week old puppy to the urgent care around 6pm in Friday i informed them she had either broke her arm or been bitten by something I was unsure cause I wasn't with her at the time of the incident so I asked the to run test they ran X-rays than immediately informed me that my dog had a sprained ankle where they made me pay an ungodly amount for X-rays where they than mis diagnosed my pup. When Sunday came around my dog continued to get worse and started running a fever and became very shaky and ill. I took my dog back to my family vet and they had informed me that she had been bitten by something poisonous, and they had took the right measures and shaved her arm and helped release the pressure and informed me if I hadn't had came when I did it would have been a lot worse cause the bite had turned into an infection in her arm. When I went back up to speak with the general manager she stated they did nothing wrong they did everything they were supposed to I informed her why when I asked the veterinarian to check for a big bite she stated there was nothing there but clearly my vet was able to find the issue immediately she said there was nothing they could do for me and refused to issue a refund for there completely wrong mis diagnosis.

Unethical practices, staff states misinformation and leads to confusion and unease. I have used this practice for over 12 years to cater for my cats. They have become all about the profit and it shows completely in how they handle their clients and their pets. My cat of 18 years was recently put to sleep. And even though I had just purchased a wellness plan with them I had to take my cat in to be seen, I arrived a little after 5:00 and by a little I mean a few minutes and was told we would have to see the urgent care part of the practice which conveniently does not accept the wellness plan so for over $500 I got to put my cat to sleep. No other treatment was performed. Upon hearing that one of their long term customers cat they had been caring for for over 12 years was put to sleep. I got zero phone calls. The next week we brought our other cat in for treatment, we asked if the wellness plan for the cat that was put to sleep could be transferred to this cat, considering it was a brand new plan, we were told by multiple individuals that work there they would just cancel the wellness plan of our cat that passed away. I also called to confirm it the following day, and was told again by someone who works there that the wellness plan was no longer listed under my cat who had passed away, and thus had been canceled. I got a phone call later saying they couldnt cancel it, now, mind you we never requested it to be canceled. All we had was a simple request that couldve been answered with a yes or no. They gave false information and so I asked for the founding doctor to call me, this afternoon I got a phone call not from the doctor I had requested to call me, but from someone else in the office who left me a voicemail, saying that I owed what I owed they could give me a 10% discount on the total amount owed on the wellness plan and if I didnt pay that they would potentially put it into collections, now again, I never requested cancellation or refused payment.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. I have paid over $2000 to this establishment in the past few months. They misdiagnosed my dog with heartworms!!!!!!!!!!! Thank God I had a bad feeling and went to a different vet for a second opinion before beginning the DANGEROUS treatments for heartworms. Shame on you, Seven Oaks Pet Hospital!
