On March 8,2023 I entered into an agreement with Paint Corp of Wesley Chapel to refinish my kitchen cabinets with a deposit given to Mr. *********************** for $361.43 with the remaining amount paid of $1,445.76without any written agreement and entrusting he would as stated guarantee, satisfaction. Upon the project beginning he sent a NEW inexperienced young man with a qualified woman. There were numerous mistakes and in completed flaws in the workmanship, he was as I was told fired and after the second day without the lead woman in charge, she corrected to the best of my knowledge his flaws while she wasn't there. *****, briefly came in to hasten her finishing as was needed on another job, verbally overhearing him ******* her. She continued to work to finish alone. The project was not what was expected or agreed upon and he was to come by at a later date except due to health issues on my part he would need to reschedule, which was never done, and now he refuses any return to resolve the poor quality of the wrong finish, wrong paint which peels off daily as I stand with a touch-up paint and brush almost every day. I contacted another company to access whether I was wrong, and that company came with a cabinet door that was the correct finish I should have had!! I ask for nothing more than to receive what I saved money and paid in full even without a contract or agreement entrusting the integrity. Mr. *********************** on several occasions assured me that my satisfaction was guaranteed. It has not been.Business response

Hi I had a chance to read what ************* stated and its not true. We finished the job for ************* and her husband and they both stated that it was the best cabinet work they have every seen and raved about our painter ******. ************* Husband bad over 20 years in wood work and stated he has never seen anything like it. I then came back a week later to give her another estimate do paint her living room and her hall way. ************* called me about 4 months later after we completed the job and stated she wasn't happy. I then told ************* I would stop by and look at what the problem was because when we last met, her and her husband was super excited about there cabinet job. We had about 5 scheduled meetings so I could stop by and look at the issue so we could get it correct and every time she would call me one day before our meeting and stated she got sick and needs to reschedule the meeting. On her last call, she stated she wanted me to give her back all her money so she can get someone else to do the job. I then told her again, I can stop by and see what the issue was so we can fix it and she stated she didnt want that. I have all the messages from her as proof as well if needed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: He isn't truthful at all, as he has done all along. Ever since the job was started, he hasn't been straightforward. The way he does business is lacking of any contract, so he could say we were in agreement. I requested and paid full price as quoted. Again, I repeat he would rush in and out and when I asked over and over, that he needed to come himself, he never came.
In fact, once he sent a NEW office manager, who I doubt knew what the issues were about!! She chose to make false statements after she did nothing to denote what the problems were regarding this compliant. The cabinets were not to our verbal agreement as stated, in re-grouping the finished project left much to be desired. The painted cabinets were peeling paint off almost immediately and he NEVER returned to discuss a resolve. In closing, we had an unbiased cabinet shop salesman that remarked that the cabinets were done poorly, and we were considering hiring him to correct the problems that continue as a big issue!! The issue is his lack of pride in the finished project. In closing, I repeat he is falsifying the issues throughout his belated response.

If it wasn't to her satisfaction at the time. Why did she pay ** in full then? She is just trying to get all her money back and have the cabinets for free. She refuse to even let me see what the problem is.
