      The Company has taken a total of $3,050.62 from me so far for its software which was supposed to help me make some gains in the stock market. I never gained anything from its software. On the contrary, I had lost a lot of money as a result of reliance on said software. The Company should refund my money in the amount of $3,050.62 forthwith.

We worked incredibly hard to resolve this customer's roadblocks and help him become proficient with our software. We provided additional, personalized complimentary training on top of what he already received, resolved everything he had asked of us, and we showed him where his interpretation of the software needed adjustment. We received verbal confirmation by this customer he was satisfied by the outcomes and he considers this case closed. However, he unfortunately has not taken any action to remove this initial review. We take every struggle of a customer very seriously. We would ask BBB to also reach out to this customer and receive verbal confirmation that he wishes this complaint be removed as he has not taken the additional step to do so himself in writing. Thank you.

      I signed up for their software in June, 2021. On the first "coaching" call they talked me into an upgrade to make the software work better for me. They overcharged me for the upgrade $3,700. After listening to the recorded call they did refund me $3,700. I am not happy with the software and when I tried to get coaching they make me wait approx. 7-10 days. I called and asked for a refund but they said it was over 15 days. I think that is very unfair because there is no way to learn everything in that amount of time. I have really tried but I feel like I should receive a refund of the original $7,630.00 plus the upgrade they talked me into for $1,600 since I am not happy with the software and they always want you to buy more upgrades to make it work better and I cannot afford to do that.
