This was the most unpleasant, unprofessional experience we have encountered. We paid Tamiya Clements of Royal Heritage Interior Design over 27k to complete decor in our fully furnished home we are approaching over 16 months not a single room in our home is complete. We still have no accurate account of how our funds were used, we’ve asked for updated purchase list of items we’ve received, total invoices and proof of payment for labor, we have yet to receive. We have received less than half of the items that were to be purchased and placed. Instead an abundance of empty promises, inaccuracies, excuses, no call no shows, unanswered inquiries. Tamiya would schedule to place items then reschedule with little notice or after the set time or just not show up. She was to deliver long overdue items on the 10/29/22, we had finally had enough. We notified her weeks in advance verbally and in writing we no longer wanted to continue doing business would like to finalize things to be delivered and refunded. Tamiya was to deliver our items the day of the 29th, she was “behind” and would drop the off our boxes at 8pm she then rescheduled for 9:30pm, she last texted me at 11:30pm at night. No delivery was made. To our dismay we learned via a google search of her name she was recently sued by a previous client after she received funds in full and failed to complete the work. We wish this info would have surfaced sooner. It now appears we will have to do the same. We are left feeling frustrated and cheated. We hired what we thought was a professional based on a referral from a friend who was acquainted with Tamiya’s spouse a local business owner. (our friends now feels terrible) Our goal was to remove the stress of decorating our home during a difficult time in our lives. We regret it. We now have to go through the burden of going through the court process to try to recover our money. Please do your research before hiring. I would never recommend only warn people of her services.

This company is very unprofessional *********************** is who I dealt with was converting my garage to a bedroom which I was told would take about three weeks ended up taking months of broken promises once you paid her the contractor would give a date and time to come out and never showed up this went back and forth for months. Would come out for a day then you wouldn't see them again for weeks. She ended up hiring someone else that still didn't do everything I paid them to do and the quote I was given ended up being doubled what I paid. Had to go to small claims court to get some of my money back and had to hire someone else to finish the job.
