      Subject: Seeking a refund for 12-month pre-paid and unused Martial Arts training services because of life-changing events. I prepaid for 1 year (12 months) of Martial Arts classes at Bill H*********'s Martial Arts Academy on or around 6/30/2021 under the condition that the entire year's service, which was $1,747.98, will be charged in 3 monthly transactions of $582.66 each in July 2021, August 2021, and September 2021. Unfortunately, starting early July 2021 onwards, I started experiencing extreme pain in my knee so I stopped going for my training and had to look for medical consultation immediately. I received a specialist appointment on 09/23/2021 with Florida Ortho Specialists (see Attachment #2). Needless to say, I had to pause my program training and related services from Bill H********* during this time and could not use any services for training starting early July 2021 onwards. On top of the knee pain, my work schedules changed to West coast hours of Monday to Friday 12pm to 9pm starting October 2021 (see Attachment #3). So on top of the knee pain and physical therapy, my work schedules prevented me from using the martial arts service and related training starting early July 2021 onwards. I don't think I will be able to use this service at all, given the life changeing events I am experiencing. I reached out to Bill H*********'s and I was told that they will not refund my money and will hold on to my money indefinitely until I choose to come back and use their service. Bill H*********'s is not a bank and cannot hold my money hostage for services that I have not used and cannot use given the life changes I am experiencing. One of the most major changes in my life could be the high likelihood of moving to California in 2 months given the fact that Intel's HQ is in California and Intel has started requesting employees to come back to office. In summary, I have not used Bill H*********'s services beyond the trial period and do not wish to use their service
