This is a management property who manages the property I rented on December 15, 2021. When we got to our new town I had to wait four hours to pick up the keys from management. Their reason was that they were doing a final inspection knowing we were moving from another town four hours away. When I got to the property there was no working AC I paid it out of pocket and they took it out of the rent. 15 days later the first proration of rent is due on the first. This house was rented online and the property owner decided to block me from the day I moved in. December 31 the AC unit and heating unit completely stopped working. It was 38° in Tampa Florida at the time. We sent them numerous requests on what they wanted to do about the unit and got no response. They took seven days and three estimates later to fix the unit. They did not provide housing for us and they did not deduct any days from the rent. Ever since then they are claiming that we are late because they demanded payment even though we had no cooling or heating system at the property. Now they are charging a fee for that one month and it has accumulated to $1082.00. The management property has not kept the property to park I truly think the owner also doesn't have the money or funds to keep the property to part. Resulting in code enforcement coming and giving multiple violations. After code enforcement came is when they started coming to try and fix the things they needed to fix. The management owner name kitty comes once a week to put a three day eviction once a month due to rental fees. I spent about $600 on fees besides a deposit to move into this property. I paid the association for access to all the amenities on the property location. The property management company never provided access keys and we are halfway into this lease. This company Since has been harassing me and my family. I pay my rent on time have proof of every single document and every single note posted on my door.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/26) */ As per the lease agreement the tenant, ********* ******, understood and signed, that rent is due on the first and late after the third. Late rent will incur a late fee hence the appropriate fees were added to *********'s account. As all charges are paid off in chronological order, his original late fee has already been paid for. The charges ********* now owe are for past-due rent. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The reaccuring charges are foe late fees that were never to be charged. How the company is applying the payments is optional. The dates i am being charged for are the days i had no heating or cooling at the property for 6 days and we had several comanies come out. Still no response or repairs from the responsible parties. Therfore resulting in my choice to withhold the payment and even then after being in violaton of florida statues they are still trying to add more and more fees. None of the dates are amounts due are correct on the letters. they are in violation with hillsborough county as well. The only ineterest here is to charge fees to ake them selves extra income. They also have people writing fake reviews on yelp.
