We have ordered a whole bedroom suite and had cracks all over it. And have not received the foot board to make the bed. We paid in full over 5k and they will not provide us any information. We are beyond frustrated. They are giving us the run around.Business response

To whom it may concern, the customer did order a bedroom suite. The footboard was damaged, so we ordered a replacement from the manufacture. We do acknowledge it has taken quite some time and trust me it is not what we prefer. We are actively trying to do our best and staying on the manufacturer. The supply chain for parts is extremely difficult and one of our biggest hurdles at the moment. I know it is hard for most people to understand still. I personally as a consumer I get frustrated myself, so I really do empathize with our customers who are waiting on parts or product. I will definitely finish the job as soon as I get that part in hand we will "finish the job" I definitely wouldn't purposely just not bring out a footboard to your house. I hope this helps in knowing we will fix the issue when we receive it. Also, we never used to have these problems otherwise I would have dumped this manufacturer along time ago.Customer response

Wow.. complete lies.. first we bought the bedroom suite and they said that they are waiting on the footboard as it hadn't arrived. When we purchased in June of 2022. ****. then 5 weeks before Hurricane ******** called and spoke to ******* and she said verbatim.. I'm so glad you called, I was about to call you.. the footboard is in and we are getting someone to drive up there to the warehouse to retrieve it.. should take a week she said. I said wonderful! Please call me when it gets to your business... a week came and went..another week came and went.. hurricane *** came and I gave them a few more weeks even though the hurricane didn't do anything to Brevard county... we have called countless times and they do not answer. What business doesn't answer during working hours.. we leave voicemails and again, no cal backs. So I called the non emergency line for 911, the same time I made a claim to you all.. I got laughed at by the manager at sleepy heads. Never made eye contact.. gave me general response, which I was like it's been 6months I need more of just the same ol responses you've been giving us.. and just a side smirk and shoulder raise was giving.
A Brevard county sheriff came and got our statements and I will give you the number to call and get the sheriffs statement, which was around noon on 10/21/22... and sleepy heads informed him, that the foot board is in fact in.. they just want to fill up a truck first**** not to mention I have a plethora of pictures where every piece they provided has cracks, holes and yellow stains.. and when it all arrived it was bundled up.. then they left in a rush and did not ask us to come upstairs to see if everything was good Toto go. So we have those pics to provide. So they is all a hoax on their part. What they are doing is just horrible. Please contact the number I will provide to get the Brevard county police office for so you may have their information that was provided to him from sleepy heads. ************. To whom it may concern I apologize for the late response. We had personal illness to deal with. We had it come in finally after all this time, and she has been delivered the missing piece. I agree it took a while and I deeply sincerely apologize for that. Furniture replacements and parts typically don't take this long. I know it sounds like a typical excuse but unfortunately it is something that out of our control. We are looking to ways to improve. In the past if it did, I could even order another piece, but goods are extremely hard to get and if you don't have an order or it is out of stock, you're at their mercy. Still unacceptable. Whole bed set was a complete waste of money!
How can you allow someone to take so long to respond!
Excuses upon excuses.. like they said.
Never will be going back. How the female and manager treated me was so very unprofessional! Shame on them all.
