We purchased a home on June 14th, 2023, from ******* homes. The were two doors which needed to be replaced. Mako Millworks was not the original installer of the doors, however, ******* cut ties with the previous contractor. Greg from Mako came and took the two doors and returned with two doors which were not the same. Once this was discovered, Mako indicated they would order the doors and have them painted and delivered. That was back in July 2023. I can't get them to set a time to deliver the doors. I have been dealing with Ryan the super from ******* but he isn't returning my phone calls either.Business response

I am responding to the complaint ******** ******* ****** ****** . We were not the original installer of these doors, ******* Homes sent us a request to make an appointment to replace 2 doors.
The doors that were installed were not the same manufacturer as the original doors installed. We then had to reschedule to go back out to replace the doors. We were doing this as a favor to ******* and homeowner to get the home owner satisfied.
In addition, we transported these doors to and from the painter so that the homeowner would not have another service call from the painter to come to the residence to paint.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.They did come out and fix the doors as requested.
