Florida Coast Equipment sold me a floor model mower that was a prototype. After 6 months it had electrical is***s and was in the shop for 2 wks. After the manufacturer warranty expired I found out I legally could not purchase an extended warranty due to my commercial machine being on a residential account. My wife and I had been attacked multiple times by staff members. And the sales Manager also forced us to accept a warranty that did not cover us for the remainder of our payments. Then ****** credit sent me a letter showing I had paid off my machine when I hadn't. They told me I needed to get my contract corrected and stop making payments until it had been corrected by FLE. Who refused to correct it. The *** *********************** of FLE has now threatened yet again to *** me for harassment but when he refused to contact me for 2 yrs. However it's not harassment when these are current events that have taken place.There are is***s and he feels he doesn't need to correct it. I have lost customers and income due to the is***s with my mower constantly breaking down. This mower was $12k. At this point all I'm looking for is my credit being corrected. So I can go get another mower. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been informed this is what this company does to people they know don't have money to hire an attorney. They are extremely sexist to women as well. Apparently they are ok with a man getting in a woman's face when she called them out about not changing the spark plug. Told her she didn't know what she was talking about. However they didn't know my wife has worked in service and parts for many years and it's common knowledge and sense to change a spark plug during a tune up. Then kicked us out of the store when they were caught in the wrong.
